Then in 23 December 2002, company have decided to delegate to TTY RITHY MEXCO COMPANY to continue the bu
siness objective operation because of the partner has sufficient capital with the agreed from Ministry of Industry, Mine and Energy as well. Beside this investment is focus on the road about 11 Kilometer which connected from National Road No. 7 on the point of Prich Mountain get through to the mine field. Seeing of much investing have higher increased but income had not get back yet therefore TTY RITHY MEXCO COMPANY withdrawal their capital so there is only single investor Oknha Leng Rithy who established new company as RITHY GRANITE (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. to get the right transfer from TTY RITHY MEXCO COMPANY to responsible for the business objective with acknowledged from Ministry of Industry, Mine and Energy till present. RITHY GRANITE (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. was certified by the Council of Development of Cambodia to issue the Certification of Qualified Investment Project (QIP) to company about the GRANITE STONE FACTORY following the letter no.1146/11 ក.អ.ក issued date 02 June 2011

Ministry of Industry and Handicraft allowed RITHY GRANITE (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. to set up the GRANIT STONE FACTORY following the letter no. 0547 ឧ.ស.កឧ.វប issued date 03 November 2014. YEAR 2015
RITHY GRANITE (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. have received the GRANITE STONE QUARRY LICENSE at the Svay Chras Commune, Snoul District, Kratie Province of the 545.84 Hecta Square which issued from Ministry of Mine and Energy with issued date 22 September 2015. In present time, RITHY GRANITE (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. increase the investment capital on the Infrastructure and Factory to modernize the equipment and machinery following the local and international market demands. Moreover the company already produced the GRANITE PRODUCT (Marble) and supplied to the local market and also export to international since 2015 to nowadays.
