While leading a weekly meeting on July 16, 2026, at the Ministry, H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, emphasized advancing clear "institutionalization" both within the Ministry's framework and across the entire inspection sector to ensure predictability, efficiency, and transparency in executing duties. Concurrently, H.E. ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានរំលេចអំពីភាពរីកចម្រើននៃវិស័យពុទ្ធចក្រនៅក្នុងស្រុករមាសហែក ដែលបច្ចុប្បន្នមានវត្តអារាមសរុបចំនួន ៥៣ វត្ត (ក្នុងនោះមានវត្តបង្កើតថ្មី ១ វត្ត គឺ «វត្តធម្មពោធិ៍មហាវិហារ») និងមានព្រះសង្ឃគង់នៅសរុប ៣៥០ អង្គ។ ស្រុករមាសហែកក៏មានវត្តបុរាណដែលមានប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រវែងឆ្ងាយចំនួន ៧ វត្ត (ជាពិសេសវត្តគ្រញូង ដែលមានអាយុកាលរហូតដល់ ៩៤៣ ឆ្នាំ) ព្រមទាំងវត្តគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍ចំនួន ៣ វត្តផងដែរ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ថាការចូលរួមទ្រទ្រង់វិស័យសាសនានេះ មិនត្រឹមតែជាការថែរក្សាប្រពៃណីទំនៀមទម្លាប់ដ៏ល្អផូរផង់របស់ជាតិប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជាគ្រឹះដ៏រឹងមាំក្នុងការអប់រំចិត្តគំនិត និងពង្រឹងសាមគ្គីភាពក្នុងសង្គមជាតិទាំងមូលផងដែរ។

SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, Deputy Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Svay Rieng Province and Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Romeas Haek District, alongside Lok Chumteav and the leaders of the Ministry of Inspection, presented Buddhist Lent candles, various alms, and monetary donations—contributed through the devout faith of H.E. Minister and Lok Chumteav—to Buddhist monks residing for the three-month Vassa retreat across all 53 pagodas in Romeas Haek District, Svay Rieng Province. The ceremony took place at D**g Pagoda, located in D**g Commune, Romeas Haek District, Svay Rieng Province.

During the devout ceremony, H.E. Minister, Lok Chumteav, and the ministry's leaders offered candles, incense, and flowers to the Buddha statues in homage to the Triple Gem, following Buddhist traditions and dedicated the merits of these good deeds to the ancestors spanning seven generations who have passed away, and particularly to the heroic Cambodian soldiers who sacrificed their lives to defend the nation and motherland. H.E. Minister and all attendees also observed a moment of silence to express gratitude and deeply honor the supreme sacrifices made by these fallen heroes.

On that occasion, H.E. Minister delivered remarks to the gathering, conveying warm greetings from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia; Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia; and Samdech Kitti Sangahapundit MEN Sam An, Supreme Advisor to His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to the elderly citizens and residents in attendance. Furthermore, H.E. Minister highlighted the international situation, government policies, and overall development in both the secular and religious realms and also addressed the situation along the Cambodia–Thailand border, reassuring citizens to maintain unwavering trust in the Royal Government of Cambodia's leadership in protecting national sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Concurrently, H.E. Minister highlighted the progress of the religious sector in Romeas Haek District, which currently accommodates 53 pagodas (including one newly established pagoda, "Wat Thamma Por Maha Vihear") with a total of 350 monks. Romeas Haek District also boasts seven ancient pagodas rich in historical heritage (notably Wat Kro Nhoung, which dates back 943 years), as well as three pagodas designated as cultural tourism destinations. H.E. Minister emphasized that supporting the religious realm not only preserves the nation’s fine traditions and customs, but also serves as a strong foundation for moral education and social solidarity across the entire nation.

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំ ដើម្បីត្រួតពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាព ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងតម្រង់ទិសការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹងរបស់ក្រសួង ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទទួលបន្ទុកការងារបណ្ដឹង នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំបានរាយការណ៍អំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងទិសដៅការងារនៃការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្ដឹង ព្រមទាំងយន្តការនៃការទទួល និងពិនិត្យលើពាក្យបណ្តឹងរបស់ក្រសួង។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ អង្គប្រជុំបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរមតិយោបល់ និងផ្តល់ធាតុចូល ដើម្បីស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយសមស្របក្នុងការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្ដឹងឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពបន្ថែមទៀត។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting to review work progress, address challenges, and provide directions for the Ministry's dispute resolution work, with the participation of leaders in charge of dispute resolution, at the Ministry.

On that occasion, leaders reported on the progress, challenges, and future direction of dispute resolution work, as well as the Ministry’s mechanism for receiving and reviewing disputes. At the same time, the meeting exchanged views and provided inputs to identify appropriate solutions in response to the operational needs of dispute resolution for enhanced effectiveness.

Addressing the meeting, H.E. Minister expressed his appreciation to all relevant leaders for their past efforts in resolving disputes for the Ministry. Concurrently, H.E. Minister recalled the vision for organizing and advancing dispute resolution work, alongside fulfilling roles and responsibilities related to complaint handling in accordance with the high recommendations of the Head of the Royal Government and legal and regulatory instruments. Furthermore, H.E. Minister instructed the leaders to continue expediting the resolution of disputes promptly and strictly execute their duties in compliance with the Ministry's regulatory instruments.

បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំសំខាន់ៗដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ត្រូវបន្តខិតខំបំពេញតួនាទី ភារកិច្ចដូចមានកំណត់ក្នុងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តជាធរមាន និងឱ្យស្របតាមល្បឿននៃការកែទម្រង់សំខាន់ៗរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។ លើសពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ទៅលើការបន្តខិតខំជំរុញការរៀបចំលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តរបស់ក្រសួង និងការត្រៀមខ្លួនក្នុងការអនុវត្តលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តទាំងនេះឱ្យបានពេញលេញ ក្នុងនាមជាស្ថាប័នដឹកនាំនិងគ្រប់គ្រងវិស័យអធិការកិច្ចនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting of the Committee for Promoting Governance of the Ministry of Inspection to monitor and review the Committee for Promoting Governance of the Ministry of Inspection's work progress, with the participation of leaders and relevant officials at the Ministry.

In accordance with the meeting's agenda, H.E. Permanent Secretary of State, Standing Vice-Chairperson, alongside leaders who are the heads of the Legal Reform Working Group, the Public Administration Reform Working Group, and the Public Financial Management Reform Working Group of the Committee for Promoting Governance of the Ministry of Inspection, reported on key progress and challenges to the meeting. Meanwhile, relevant leaders actively exchanged views and provided valuable inputs aimed at contributing to the enhancement of governance within the Ministry of Inspection.

On this occasion, H.E. Minister expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all leaders and relevant officials for their dedicated efforts in performing their roles and duties as outlined in the Instruction on the Establishment of the Committee for Promoting Governance of the Ministry of Inspection, which serves as a mechanism to lead, support, coordinate, and drive the implementation of reform initiatives to enhance the Ministry's governance in accordance with Royal Government directives. Concurrently, the H.E. Minister recalled that key reform efforts have been carefully considered and continuously driven since previous mandates of the Royal Government, continuing into the current 7th Legislature of the National Assembly.

Furthermore, H.E. Minister provided key recommendations instructing all leaders and relevant officials to continue fulfilling their roles and duties as prescribed in applicable legal and regulatory instruments and in line with the pace of the Royal Government's key reforms. Additionally, H.E. Minister emphasized continuing efforts to expedite the preparation of the Ministry's legal and regulatory instruments and ensuring readiness for the full implementation, in the Ministry's capacity as the lead institution governing the inspection sector in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
