មន្រ្តី​នៃនិយ័តករបរធនបាលកិច្ច (ន.ប.ធ.) បានចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យដល់ទីកន្លែងទីតាំងអចលនវត្ថុនៃបរធនបាលកិច្ចពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលមានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ ខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ​ និងខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ​ ដើម្បីផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់អត្តសញ្ញាណបរធន និងទីតាំងជាក់ស្តែងនៃទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិបរធនបាលកិច្ច។

From August 17-20, 2026, with the permission and assign from H.E. SOK Dara, Director General of the Trust Regulator (TR), Mr. Heng Panha, Head of the Social and Personal Trust Supervision Division, Mr. Eung Leng, Head of the Financial Trust Supervision Division, and Mr. Chhay Chanmakara, Head of the Public and Commercial Trust Supervision Division of Trust Registration Department of the TR, led officials to conduct an on-site visit at location of real estate trusts at Phnom Penh, Kampong Speu, Tboung Khmum and Sihanoukville to check and verify the trust fund identity with actual location of trust properties which are applying for trust establishment and registration at the TR by licensed/authorized trust companies.

កម្មវិធីនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ លោក លឹម ឡែត ប្រធានស្តីទីនាយកដ្ឋានកិច្ចការទូទៅនៃ ន.ប.ធ. និងជាអនុប្រធានផ្នែកគណនេយ្យនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុនៃគម្រោង ACSEP-PIU1 ដែលជាតំណាងរបស់ ឯកឧត្ដម សុខ ដារ៉ា អគ្គនាយកនៃ ន.ប.ធ. និងជាប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោង ACSEP-PIU1។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងចម្បង ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីសាវតារ បច្ចុប្បន្នភាព ព្រមទាំងគោលនយោបាយ ឥណទាន បែបបទ និងនីតិវិធីក្នុងការស្នើសុំឥណទាននៃគម្រោង ACSEP។ ឥណទាននេះជាប្រភេទឥណទានដែលមានលក្ខខណ្ឌអនុគ្រោះ ក្នុងគោលដៅជួយគាំទ្រ និងផ្តល់លទ្ធភាពដល់សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម កសិធុរកិច្ច និងកសិករពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងខេត្តទាំងពីរ ក្នុងការទទួលបានប្រភពហិរញ្ញប្បទានដើម្បីពង្រីក អាជីវកម្ម និងសង្វាក់ផលិតកម្មរបស់ខ្លួនឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន។

នៅក្នុងអង្គសិក្ខាសាលានេះដែរ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមយ៉ាងកុះករពីសំណាក់តំណាងសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម កសិធុរកិច្ច និងកសិករពាណិជ្ជកម្ម មន្ត្រី និងទីប្រឹក្សាបច្ចេកទេសរបស់គម្រោង ACSEP-PIU1 តំណាងមកពីមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ខេត្តមណ្ឌលគិរី និងខេត្តរតនគិរី ព្រមទាំងតំណាងស្ថាប័នហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដៃគូសំខាន់ៗចំនួនពីរ គឺ ធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម (ARDB) និងធនាគារស្ថាបនា (Sathapana Bank)។

From Thursday 20 to Friday 21 August 2026, the Trust Regulator (TR), which is the project implementing unit of ACSEP-PIU1 under the Ministry of Economy and Finance organized a workshop on the “Agricultural Value Chain Financing for Agricultural Enterprises, Commercial Farmers and Agricultural Cooperatives” and Representatives of Agricultural Communities” in Mondul Kiri and Ratanak Kiri Provinces.
This workshop presided over by Mr. Lim Leth, Acting Director of the General Affairs Department of the TR and Deputy Head of Accounting and Finance of the ACSEP-PIU1 project, representative of H.E. SOK Dara, Director General of TR and Project Manager of the ACSEP-PIU1.
The program was organized to disseminate the background and progress of the Agricultural Value Chain Competitiveness and Safety Enhancement Project (ACSEP), particularly outlined its credit policy, application formats, and procedures for proceeding loan proposals under the ACSEP, which is a loan with favorable and supported conditions for the sub-borrowers of Agricultural Cooperatives (AC), Agribusiness Enterprises (AE) and commercial farmers in both provinces who wish to raise funds to support and expand their businesses.
The program was participated by representatives of the above ACs, AEs, commercial farmers, ACSEP-PIU1’s officers and consultants, representatives of Mondul Kiri and Ratanak Kiri PDAFF, Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) which are the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) and Sathapana Bank.

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលដៅបញ្ជ្រាបការយល់ដឹងជាសាធារណៈឱ្យបានកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ និងស៊ីជម្រៅ សម្រាប់និស្សិតនៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ អំពីយន្តការប្រតិបត្តិការបរធនបាលកិច្ច បទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តពាក់ព័ន្ធ គុណប្រយោជន៍នៃវិស័យបរធនបាលកិច្ច។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះក៏បានផ្ដល់ឱកាសដល់និស្សិត ដើម្បីធ្វើការបង្កើនចំណេះដឹងបន្ថែមពាក់ព័ន្ធវិស័យហិរញ្ញវត្ថុមិនមែនធនាគារផងដែរ។

តាមរយៈ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ និស្សិតក៏អាចយល់ដឹងបន្ថែម អំពីតួនាទីរបស់បរធនបាលកិច្ចក្នុងការគាំទ្រដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងការពង្រឹងទំនុកចិត្តក្នុងវិស័យហិរញ្ញវត្ថុនៅកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។

កម្មវិធីនេះក៏បានបើកឱកាសឱ្យនិស្សិតចូលរួមពិភាក្សា និងសួរសំណួរពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការអនុវត្តបរធនបាលកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា។

កម្មវិធីនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីមន្ត្រីជំនាញ,សាស្រ្តាចារ្យ និងនិស្សិតនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបៀលប្រាយ ខេត្តតាកែវ។

On Saturday morning, 15 August 2026, the Trust Regulator (TR) and Build Bright University Takeo Campus co-organized a workshop on "Trust Mechanisms and Benefits" presided over by H.E. Ney Sakal, Deputy Director General of the Trust Regulator, and Mr. Pin Sopheak, Director of Build Bright University Takeo Campus at Build Bright University Takeo.

The workshop aimed to broaden and deepen public awareness for university students on the mechanisms of trust, legal frameworks, and the benefits of the trust sector. The workshop also provided an opportunity for students to increase their knowledge of the non-bank financial sector.
Through this workshop, students were also able to better understand the role of trusts in supporting financial sector development and strengthening confidence in Cambodia’s financial sector.

The workshop also provided an opportunity for students to participate in discussions and raise questions related to the practical implementation of trusts in Cambodia.

The event was attended by TR officials, professors, and students from the Build Bright University Takeo.

On the afternoon of Friday, 14th August 2026, the Trust Regulator (TR) organized an awareness-raising workshop on “Investor Protection through the Trust Mechanism and the Implementation of the Agreement between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of the United States of America to Improve International Tax Compliance and Implement the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)”, with the participation of a guest speaker representing the General Department of Taxation (GDT). The workshop was presided over by H.E. SOK Dara, Director General of the TR at the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA) building.
The workshop was organized with the objective of enhancing the understanding of trustees and trustee operators regarding FATCA-related reporting obligations and implementation requirements, with a view to improving international tax compliance and supporting the implementation of the FATCA. The workshop also aimed to promote compliance with the FATCA Agreement between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of the United States of America, signed on 14 September 2015.
The workshop was attended by the management and technical officials of the TR, as well as the management and officials of the General Department of Taxation. Participants also included trustees of financial trusts and public trusts, trustee operators providing Escrow services and safeguard keeping services, valuation companies, audit service providers in the trust sector, and other relevant persons providing services within the trust sector.
