កិច្ចប្រជុំកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអាស៊ាន លើកទី២៣ (23rd ACCSM) និងកិច្ចប្រជុំអាស៊ានបូកបីលើកទី៨ (8th ACCSM+3) ស្ដីពីកិច្ចការមុខងារសាធារណៈ និងវេទិកាស្ដីពីអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយក្រសួងមុខងារសាធារណៈ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «នវានុវត្តន៍សម្រាប់ការផ្ដល់សេវាសាធារណៈឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង - Innovation for Better Service Delivery» ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣-៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប។

📌 គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា នៅថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ថ្មីៗនេះ ថ្នាលផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ឯកសារ verify.gov.kh បានឈ្នះពានរង្វាន់សេវាសាធារណៈអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ជាសេវាសាធារណៈដែលមានតម្លាភាពនិងគណនេយ្យភាព បន្ទាប់ពីឆ្លងកាត់ការជម្រុះជាច្រើនលើក ក្នុងចំណោមប្រព័ន្ធចំនួនជាង ៧០០ មកពី ៦២ប្រទេសជុំវិញពិភពលោក នៅក្នុងវេទិកាសេវាសាធារណៈអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (United Nations Public Service Forum) នៅទីក្រុងប៊ីលីស៊ី ប្រទេសហ្ស៊កហ្ស៊ី។

On August 4, 2026, His Excellency Chea Sereyvath, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Digital Government Committee (DGC), will represent Cambodia to showcase the document verification platform, verify.gov.kh, at the Forum on Good Governance during the 23rd ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (23rd ACCSM) and the 8th ASEAN Plus Three Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (8th ACCSM+3) Meetings and the Forum on Good Governance, hosted under Cambodia's chairmanship.

The 23rd ACCSM and 8th ACCSM+3 on Public Service Matters Meetings and the Forum on Good Governance are organized by the Ministry of Civil Service under the theme "Innovation for Better Service Delivery" which will be held from August 3 to 5, 2026, in Siem Reap Province.

📌 It is worth noting that on June 25, 2026, the document verification platform verify.gov.kh recently won the United Nations Public Service Award 2026 in the category of Transparency and Accountability after passing through multiple rounds of selection among over 700 applications from 62 countries around the world during the United Nations Public Service Forum in Tbilisi, Georgia.

H.E. Minister Chea Vandeth Visits the AI Exhibition and Held a Meeting with Leading Tech Companies During the World AI Conference

Shanghai: The World AI Conference took place from 17 to 20 July 2026 in Shanghai, People's Republic of China. Following the official meetings, His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) and Digital Government Committee (DGC), together with leaders of specialized units and technical experts, visited the AI exhibition at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center to gain firsthand insights into the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and emerging market trends.

H.E. Minister and the delegation visited exhibition booths and held discussions with leading technology companies, including Huawei, ZTE, China Telecom, and Alibaba. The companies showcased their latest innovations in AI and related technologies, including computing hardware, AI-optimized servers, operating systems, cloud platforms, and AI development and operations platforms with enhanced capabilities and greater processing speed to meet the growing infrastructure demands of the AI era. H.E. Minister encouraged the technical teams from all sides to closely strengthen collaboration in order to accelerate cooperation.

Phnom Penh: On the morning of July 9, 2026, His Excellency Chea Sereyvath, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Digital Government Committee (DGC), attended the Tripartite Meeting with H.E. Yok Samedy, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council and Head of the Secretariat of the Digital Transformation in Social Protection Sub Committee, H.E. Prof. Sok Chour, Deputy Director-General for Health at the Ministry of Health, at the Business Development Center. The meeting focused on exploring opportunities to advance interoperability between the Royal Government's Social Protection Registry (SPR) and the Ministry of Health's Client Registry (CR), which is currently being designed and developed in line with the draft Digital Health Strategy.

🎯 The meeting specifically discussed two key areas, including (1) the use of the Social Protection ID (SPID) in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, in addition to the Health ID, to support payment certification in compliance with the Royal Government's Sub-Decree on Payment Certification in the Social Protection System; and (2) strengthening technical collaboration to study and establish the necessary technical framework for achieving full interoperability between the social protection ecosystem and the health ecosystem.
