នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៨កើត ខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃគណៈកម្មការគ្រប់គ្រងល្បែងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា (គ.ល.ក.) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំផ្ទៃក្នុង លើរបៀបវារៈសំខាន់ៗចំនួន ០២ រួមមាន៖ (១) ការពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់ក្រុមការងារអនុវត្តបទបញ្ជារបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលលេខ០១ បប ចុះថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ស្តីពីយុទ្ធនាការបោសសម្អាតការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌ គ.ល.ក. និង (២) ការបូកសរុបលទ្ធផលកិច្ចប្រជុំពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់ក្រុមការងារទទួលបន្ទុកអនុវត្តទិសដៅអាទិភាពរបស់អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃ គ.ល.ក. ប្រចាំឆមាសទី២ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃលើរបាយការណ៍បូកសរុបវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃលទ្ធផលគន្លឹះទាំង ២១ ដែលជាទិសដៅអាទិភាពរបស់អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន នៃ គ.ល.ក. សម្រាប់ឆមាសទី២ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ អង្គប្រជុំក៏បានទទួលនូវអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ និងការដាក់ចេញនូវសេចក្តីសម្រេចជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រពី ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត អគ្គលេខាធិការ ដើម្បីបន្តជំរុញការអនុវត្តការងារឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងធានាសម្រេចបានតាមផែនការដែលបានកំណត់។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្ដមបណ្ឌិត យ៉េត វីណែល អគ្គលេខាធិការ គ.ល.ក. ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី លោកឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ត្រី សេន សុភាព អគ្គលេខាធិការរង គ.ល.ក. ព្រមទាំង លោក លោកស្រី ជាអនុប្រធាន និងសមាជិកនៃក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

On the morning of Friday, 21 August 2026, the General Secretariat of the Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia (CGMC) convened an internal meeting focusing on two main agendas: (1) Reviewing the progress of the working group in charge of implementing the Royal Government's Order No. 01, dated 14 July 2025, on the campaign to combat ONLINE SCAMS within the CGMC framework; and (2) Summarizing the outcomes of the progress review meetings of the working groups responsible for implementing the priorities of the General Secretariat of the CGMC for the second semester of 2026.

The primary objective of the meeting was to review and evaluate the summarized progress report of the 21 key outputs, which are the prioritized targets of the General Secretariat of the CGMC for the second semester of 2026. Furthermore, the meeting received guidance and strategic decisions from H.E. Dr. Secretary-General to further drive effective implementation and ensure the successful achievement of the planned targets.

The meeting was chaired by H.E. Dr. YETH Vinel, Secretary-General of the CGMC, with the participation of Brigadier General SEN Sopheap, Deputy Secretary-General of the CGMC, along with the vice chairs and members of the relevant working groups.

Between 10–20 August 2026, the General Secretariat of the Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia (CGMC) convened meetings to review the progress of the working groups in charge of implementing the priorities of the General Secretariat of the CGMC for the second semester of 2026.
The meeting focused on reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and setting future directions for the implementation of 21 outputs out of the total of 24 scheduled for completion in 2026. These outputs focus on building institutional systems that enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in service delivery and in the regulation of Cambodia’s commercial gambling sector. Implementation is carried out by the departments under the Secretariat‑General and the CGMC Internal Audit Unit through eight dedicated working groups. Key areas of work include: developing and completing essential regulatory instruments; establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); developing and deploying information technology systems; and strengthening on‑site inspections and operational monitoring of commercial gambling activities.
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Dr. YETH Vinel, Secretary-General of the CGMC and Chair of the Working Groups, with the participation of Brigadier General SEN Sopheap, Deputy Secretary-General of the CGMC, as well as the vice chairs and members of each working group in charge of the outputs above.
Throughout the two‑week review, the General Secretariat commended the strong efforts of each working group. Furthermore, participants exchanged views and engaged in constructive discussions to address challenges, aiming to ensure that the implementation of the priorities for the second semester of 2026 yields excellent results and that all planned targets are successfully achieved.

On the morning of Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at the administrative building of the Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia (CGMC), H.E. Dr. Yeth Vinel, Secretary General of the CGMC and Chairman of the CGMC Public Financial Management Reform Working Group, accompanied by relevant technical officials, participated in a meeting of the Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee to discuss the “Implementation Progress of the Public Financial Management Reform Program – Phase 4 for the Second Quarter of 2026,” under the presidency of His Excellency Akka Pundit Sopheacha Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Chairman of the Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee (PFMRSC).
The meeting was attended by leaders and members of the Public Financial Management Reform Working Groups of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, line ministries, Capital-Provincial Departments of Economy and Finance, and provincial administrations.

On Tuesday morning, 18 August 2026, at the administrative building of the Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia (CGMC), the General Secretariat of the CGMC, in collaboration with the National Blood Transfusion Center, hosted a voluntary blood donation event under the theme “One Blood, One Heart.”

This event was convened under the presidency of H.E. Dr. YETH Vinel, Secretary General of the CGMC, representative of His Excellency Akka Pundit Sapheacha AUN PORNMONIROTH Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Chairperson of the GCMC with participation of Brigadier General SEN Sopheap, Deputy Secretary General of the CGMC, the managements and officials of the CGMC General Secretariat.

The voluntary blood donation by the management and officials of the General Secretariat of the CGMC is a noble humanitarian activity and an excellent example of contributing to saving the lives of Cambodian citizens, as well as general patients who are in urgent and essential need of blood at various hospitals. This activity not only demonstrates the spirit of solidarity and the sharing of love within society but also reflects the high level of responsibility and attentiveness of the management and officials of the General Secretariat of the CGMC towards public well-being.

In addition to the invaluable humanitarian value, blood donation also provides numerous health benefits to the donors themselves. These benefits include helping to reduce the risk of heart disease, stimulating the body to produce new red blood cells which improve blood circulation and overall health, as well as providing an opportunity for a free basic health check-up prior to donation. Furthermore, doing good deeds through blood donation also helps to promote mental health, refresh the mind, and build self-pride in becoming a part of saving the lives of others.

The General Secretariat of the CGMC would like to express its deepest gratitude and commendation for the philanthropic spirit of all management and officials who dedicated their time and voluntarily donated blood on this occasion. Concurrently, the General Secretariat of the CGMC also highly appreciates the excellent and professional collaboration of the medical team from the National Blood Transfusion Center, which ensured that this event proceeded smoothly, safely, and achieved a proud success.

On the morning of Monday, August 10, 2026, at the Ministry of Justice, H.E. Dr. YETH Vinel, Secretary General of the Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia (CGMC), accompanied by Brigadier General SEN Sopheap, Deputy Secretary General of the CGMC, as well as department directors and specialized officials of the General Secretariat of CGMC, attended a meeting to review the Draft Law on the Suppression of Illegal Gambling.

The meeting was chaired by H.E. KENG Somarith, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice, and H.E. BUN Hon, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Interior, with the participation of Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, ladies, and gentlemen representing the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Interior, the Anti-Corruption Unit, and the General Commissariat of National Police.

This meeting was convened with the purpose of reviewing the structure and content of the (new) Draft Law on the Suppression of Illegal Gambling, particularly the penal provisions, to ensure consistency and complementarity with the Law on the Management of Commercial Gambling.

On Thursday morning, 6 August 2026, at the administrative building of the Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia (CGMC), H.E. Dr. YETH Vinel, Secretary General of the CGMC, accompanied by relevant technical officials, attended the meeting of the Public Financial Management Reform Commission of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) to discuss the implementation progress of the Public Financial Management Reform Program – Stage 4 for Quarter 2 of 2026.
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Akka Pundit Sopheacha Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Chairman of the Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee and was attended by representatives from all General Departments and departments under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

On the afternoon of Tuesday, July 28, 2026, H.E. Dr. YETH Vinel, Secretary General of the Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia (CGMC), the Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Ad Hoc Commission for Combating Online Scams (CCOS) and Chairman of the Second Working Group of the Mixed Task Force under the Secretariat of the CCOS, convened a meeting to review the overall progress of the implementation of the campaign to eliminate online scam activities in the four coastal provinces, namely Preah Sihanouk Province, Koh Kong Province, Kampot Province, and Kep Province.

The meeting aimed to review the progress of the campaign to eliminate online scam activities across the four provinces, discuss the challenges encountered, and determine the way forward for strengthening legal action against locations suspected of involvement in online scam activities, with the aim of preventing such activities from recurring.

The meeting was attended by representatives from the Provincial Unified Commands; the Provincial Courts of First Instance and the Prosecution Offices attached to the Provincial Courts of First Instance of Preah Sihanouk, Koh Kong, Kampot, and Kep Provinces; the Provincial Police Commissariats; the Provincial Gendarmerie Commands; as well as relevant provincial departments and institutions from the four provinces.
