ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងសមាគមសហព័ន្ធយុវជនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា ចាប់ដៃគ្នាពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើកកម្ពស់ជំនាញ និងជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអនុញ្ញាតជូន ឯកឧត្តមឧកញ៉ាសាស្ត្រាចារ្យសមូហកបណ្ឌិត ឡី សុភាព ប្រធានសមាគមសហព័ន្ធយុវជនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា និងសហការី ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារ ដើម្បីកំណត់ទិសដៅយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងការលើកកម្ពស់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនថែមទៀត។
ក្នុងឱកាសនៃជំនួបនេះ ឯកឧត្តមឧកញ៉ាសាស្ត្រាចារ្យប្រធានសមាគម បានគោរពថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅជូនចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ដែលបានអនុញ្ញាតជូនគណៈប្រតិភូចូលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារ ព្រមទាំងបានជម្រាបជូនអំពីគម្រោងនៃការស្នើសុំកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងបង្កើនជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ ការអភិវឌ្ឍមុខរបរ ការពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកសកម្មភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងការបញ្ជ្រាបការយល់ដឹងអំពីវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ជាមួយបណ្តាញសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ និងនិស្សិតឱ្យកាន់តែសកម្មថែមទៀត ។
ជាការឆ្លើយតប ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះសមិទ្ធផលរបស់សមាគម ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ឯកឧត្តមឧកញ៉ាប្រធាន និងការចូលរួមរបស់សហការីគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ដែលបានរួមចំណែកផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធ ជាពិសេសក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា តែងតែចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងផ្តល់អាទិភាពខ្ពស់ដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធ តាមរយៈការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព ការរៀបចំកញ្ចប់អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ និងកិច្ចអន្តរាគមន៍ចាំបាច់នានា សំដៅបង្កើតឱកាសមុខរបរ ការងារ និងប្រាក់ចំណូល ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាព និងធានាអនាគតកាន់តែប្រសើរជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។
ជាលទ្ធផល ភាគីទាំងពីរបានឯកភាពលើទិសដៅកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសំខាន់ៗចំនួន៤៖
១. បណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពធនធានមនុស្សឱ្យស្របតាមតម្រូវការទីផ្សារនៅក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍។
២. បង្កើតឱកាសការងារ លើកកម្ពស់វិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងអភិវឌ្ឍមុខរបរផ្សេៗនៅតាមខ្សែច្រវាក់ផលិតកម្មនៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍។
៣. ពង្រីកការងារក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធ ព្រមទាំងជំរុញការបញ្ជ្រាបការយល់ដឹងអំពីវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ឱ្យកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ។
៤.ឯកភាពរៀបចំការចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នារវាងក្រសួង ទេសចរណ៍ និងសមាគមសហព័ន្ធយុវជនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីបង្កើតក្របខ័ណ្ឌកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផ្លូវការ និងជំរុញការអនុវត្តឱ្យទទួលបានលទ្ធផលជាក់ស្តែង។
ជំនួបនេះបានបញ្ចប់ក្នុងបរិយាកាសស្និទ្ធស្នាល និងទទួលបានលទ្ធផលជាផ្លែផ្កា ដោយបង្ហាញពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមក្នុងការប្រែក្លាយជំនាញទៅជាមុខរបរ មុខរបរទៅជាប្រាក់ចំណូល និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធទៅជាកម្លាំងចលករដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន ចីរភាព និងភាពធន់។

Ministry of Tourism and the Cambodian Youth Economic Federation Association Join Hands to Strengthen Cooperation on Skills Development and Promote the Growth of the Informal Economy in Cambodia’s Tourism Sector
H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, granted an audience to H.E. Oknha Dr. LEY Sopheap, President of the Cambodian Youth Economic Federation Association, and his delegation for a courtesy call and working discussion aimed at identifying strategic directions and strengthening cooperation to further promote the development and advancement of the informal economy within Cambodia’s tourism sector.
During the meeting, H.E. Oknha Dr. expressed his profound gratitude to H.E. the Minister for receiving the delegation and providing the opportunity for a productive discussion. H.E. Oknha Dr. also presented proposed areas of cooperation, including tourism vocational training and skills enhancement, occupational development, strengthening and expanding informal economic activities within the tourism sector, as well as raising tourism awareness among networks of professors and university students.
In response, H.E. the Minister commended and highly appreciated the achievements of the Association under the leadership of its President, as well as the active participation of its members at all levels in contributing to the promotion and development of the informal economy, particularly within the tourism sector.
H.E. the Minister emphasized that the Royal Government of Cambodia, under the wise leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has consistently paid close attention to and placed high priority on the development of the informal economy. This has been pursued through capacity building, the provision of benefit packages, and other necessary interventions aimed at creating employment, livelihood and income-generating opportunities, thereby improving people’s living standards and ensuring a better future.
As an outcome of the meeting, both sides agreed on four key areas of cooperation: 1). Tourism vocational training and human resource development to strengthen skills and capacities in line with labour market needs within the tourism sector, 2). Job creation, professional advancement and occupational development across the tourism value chain, 3). Expansion of activities within the informal economy framework, while promoting broader awareness and understanding of the tourism sector, 4). Preparation for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Tourism and the Cambodian Youth Economic Federation Association to establish a formal framework for cooperation and ensure effective implementation with tangible results.
The meeting concluded in a cordial and fruitful atmosphere, reflecting a shared commitment to transforming skills into occupations, occupations into income, and the informal economy into a key driving force for the inclusive, sustainable and resilient development of Cambodia’s tourism sector.
