Dr. TAING Nguonly, Director General of the General Department of Digital Economy (GDDE), accompanied by the technical team, attended a meeting on the first-half progress of the implementation of the “Updated Strategy on Public Investment Management System Reform 2025–2028” and the “Updated Strategy on Public Procurement System Reform 2025–2028.”

✍️ The meeting was chaired and facilitated by H.E. PEN Thirong, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Deputy Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee. It was attended by senior officials and technical representatives from relevant ministries, institutions, and entities.

✍️ During the meeting, the GDDE team also delivered a presentation to the participants on the progress of integrating the Integrated Public Investment Project Management Information System (i-PIM).

⭐️ On the afternoon of July 28, 2026, at the meeting room of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), the General Secretariat of the Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee (GSC), in collaboration with the European Union (EU) and the General Department of Digital Economy (GDDE), organized a kick-off meeting with relevant stakeholders of MEF. The purpose of the meeting was to review the Terms of Reference (ToR) and implementation process, with the objective of coordinating and ensuring the development of the Integrated Public Investment Management Information System (i-PIM). This initiative aims to achieve the vision of “establishing a unified national public investment management system” by the end of 2028.

✍️ The meeting was chaired by H.E. PEN Thirong, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Deputy Secretary General of the GSC. Participants included H.E. Dr. TAING Nguonly, Director General of GDDE, along with GDDE leadership, technical officials, and other relevant stakeholders. During the meeting, the GDDE team delivered a presentation introducing the i-PIM system, alongside a presentation by Mr. Leonidas Crisciunas, Technical Assistant, who outlined his work plan to support the development of the i-PIM system.
