វៀងចន្ទ៖ នាថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា ចំនួន៣រូប ដឹកនាំដោយឯកឧត្តម វ៉ាត់ បុត្តកុសល អគ្គលេខាធិការរង គ.ជ.ទ.ម.ក ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីលោកសួស ប៊ុនថន ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានផែនការ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងលោក ធួនសុខជា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានផែនការ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិនៃ អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ជ.ទ.ម.ក បានចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំសម្របសម្រួលផែ្នកផែនការ NMCS-MRCS ស្តីពីវឌ្ឍនភាពទូទៅនៃការអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពMWP 2026 និងលើកសំណើផែនការសកម្មភាពMWP2027-2028 នៅប្រទេសឡាវ ដែលមានសមាសភាពចូលរួមពីប្រទេសជាសមាជិកមេគង្គ(កម្ពុជា ឡាវ ថៃ និងវៀតណាម), និង បុគ្គលិក MRCS, សរុបចំនួន ២៤រូប (ស្រីចំនួន ៦ រូប)។

គោលបំណងនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ គឺដើម្បី (១) រាយការណ៍ និងពិភាក្សាស្ថានភាពទូទៅនៃការអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពMWP 2026 រួមមាន វឌ្ឍនភាពសម្រេចបានក្នុងកំឡុងពេល៧ខែដំបូងនៃឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក៏ដូចជាសកម្មភាព និងថវិការគាំទ្រដែលនៅសេសសល់សម្រាប់រយៈពេលពីខែសីហាដល់ខែធ្នូឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និង (២)បង្ហាញ និងពិភាក្សាតួនាទី និងថវិការដែលបានស្នើសម្រាប់សេចក្តីព្រាងដំបូងនៃផែនការសកម្មភាពMWP 2026-2027 ដែលស្ថិតក្រោមកិច្ចការងារផ្នែកផែនការ ។

NMCS-MRCS Planning Division Coordination Meeting on the Overall Status of the MWP 2025 lmplementation and the Proposed MWP 2027-2028

Vientiane: On August 6, 2026, 3 Representative officials from Cambodia led by H.E Mr. Watt Botkosal, Deputy Secretary General of CNMC with the participation of Mr. Suos Bunthan, Director of Planning and International Cooperation Department of CNMC and Mr. Thoun Sokchea, Deputy Director of Planning and International Cooperation of CNMC attended the NMCS-MRCS Planning Division Coordination Meeting on the Overall Status of the MWP 2025 implementation and the Proposed MWP 2027-2028, which was composed of participants from Mekong Member Countries (Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam), and MRCS staff in total of 24 participants (including 6 women).

The objectives of the meeting are (1) report and discuss the overall status of the MWP 2026 implementation, including progress achieved during the first seven months of 2026, as well as the remaining works/activities and budget for the period from August to December 2026; and (2) present and discuss proposed tasks and budget for zero draft MWP 2026-2027 under Planning Division.

ទីក្រុងវាងវៀង, ឡាវ ៖ នាថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតិដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពីឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ថោ ជេដ្ឋា ប្រធានគណ:កម្មាធិការជាតិទន្លេមេគង្គកម្ពុជា (គ.ជ.ទ.ម.ក), ឯកឧត្តម សូ សុភ័ទ្ទ អគ្គលេខាធិការ គ.ជ.ទ.ម.ក និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការរួម MRC ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារ MRC JC លើកទី៤៩ ដោយមានវត្តមានចូលរួមពីក្រុមការងារ MRC JC នៃប្រទេសជាសមាជិក កម្ពុជា ឡាវ ថៃ និងវៀតណាម និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗ នៃលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន MRC , សរុបចំនួន ២៩រូប (ស្ត្រី ១៥រូប) ។ ក្រុមការងារ MRC JC កម្ពុជាដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ហាក់ សុជាតិ អគ្គលេខាធិការរង គ.ជ.ទ.ម.ក និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ២រូបទៀត នៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ជ.ទ.ម.ក។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ បានពិនិត្យពិភាក្សា និងផ្តល់ការណែនាំលើបញ្ហាប្រតិបត្តិការ និងគោលការណ៍វិធានផ្ទៃក្នុងសំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួនរបស់ MRC រួមមាន: ការសិក្សាធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពប្រាក់ឧបត្ថម្ភប្រចាំថ្ងៃ, កិច្ចលទ្ធកម្ម ,ការអភិវឌ្ឍស្ថាប័ន និងសំណើសុំកែសម្រួលផ្នែកទី២ នៃវិធានផ្ទៃក្នុងរបស់គណ:កម្មាធិការរួម MRC ដែលបញ្ហាខាងលើនេះ ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃកិច្ចដំណើរការស្ថាប័ន និងក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ធនធានឳ្យបានសមស្របក្នុងបរិបទការងាររបស់ MRC នាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងក្នុងពេលអនាគតនៅពេលដែល MRC ឈានទៅស្វ័យភាពហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឆ្នាំ២០៣០ ។

The 49th MRC Joint Committee Task Force Meeting

Lao PDR: With a high permission of His Excellency Minister Thor Chetha, Chairman of the Cambodia National Mekong Commitee (CNMC), His Excellency So Sophort, Secretary-General of the CNMC and Chairperson of the MRC Joint Committee for 2026 chaired the 49th Meeting of MRC JC Task Force, held on 5 August 2026 in Vang Vieng City, Lao PDR and the Meeting was attended by Members of MRC JC Task Force from MRC Member Countries, namely Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Viet Nam, and key relevant staff of the MRC Secretariat, in all 29 Participants (15 women).
The Cambodian JC working group is led by H.E Mr. Hak Socheat, Deputy Secretary General of the CNMC and attended by two other relevant officials of the CNMC General Secretariat.

The Meeting reviewed, discussed and provided guidances on several important organizational matters of the MRC, including updating of the MRC Daily Subsistence Allowance, Procurement-related matters, proposal on the revision to Rule 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the MRC JC and necessary preparation for organizational development, with a main objective is to further enhance the effectiveness and the efficiency of MRC operation and resource utilization in the context of the MRC now and in the near future, when the MRC is self-financing in 2030.

The low pressure area over the South China Sea has developed into the 14th cyclone, Kujira T2614, along with the 13th cyclone, Dolphin T2613, which has a strong impact on the southwest monsoon regime over the Bay of Bengal, Andaman Sea, South China Sea, Mekong River Basin, Cambodian Sea and the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Kingdom of Cambodia is not in the path of these two storms.

The 13th storm, Dolphin T2613, has developed into a tropical cyclone and is affecting the southwest monsoon regime over the Bay of Bengal, Andaman Sea, South China Sea, Mekong River Basin, Cambodian Sea and the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Kingdom of Cambodia is not in the path of Dolphin.
