រដ្ឋ-ឯកជន រួមកម្លាំង ដាក់ចេញវិធានការគន្លឹះបន្ទាន់ ដើម្បីស្តារទំនុកចិត្ត និងជំរុញកំណើនទេសចរអន្តរជាតិ មកទស្សនាកម្ពុជាឡើងវិញ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងភាពធន់នៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា!
កិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ ក្រុមការងារផ្នែកទេសចរណ៍ (ក្រុម “ខ”) នៃវេទិការាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល-ផ្នែកឯកជន
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអញ្ជើញជាគណៈអធិបតីដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់ក្រុមការងារផ្នែកទេសចរណ៍ (ក្រុម «ខ») នៃវេទិការាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល-ផ្នែកឯកជន ដែលជាយន្តការដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ក្នុងការពង្រឹងភាពជាដៃគូរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងវិស័យឯកជន ដើម្បីរួមគ្នាពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម ឆ្លើយតបសំណូមពររបស់វិស័យឯកជន និងកំណត់វិធានការគន្លឹះសម្រាប់ស្តារ និងពង្រឹងភាពធន់នៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា។
កិច្ចប្រជុំដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឧកញ៉ា លូ ម៉េង សហប្រធានក្រុមការងារផ្នែកទេសចរណ៍ (ក្រុម «ខ»), ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ តំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ, ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍, តំណាងផ្នែកឯកជន, សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា, សមាគមក្នុងឧស្សាហកម្មទេសចរណ៍, ប្រតិបត្តិករទេសចរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ សរុបប្រមាណ ១៥០នាក់។
ថ្លែងក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានសារៈសំខាន់ និងទាន់សភាពការណ៍ ជាពិសេសក្នុងបរិបទដែលវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាកំពុងប្រឈមនឹងការធ្លាក់ចុះគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់នៃភ្ញៀវទេសចរអន្តរជាតិក្នុងឆមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែលរងឥទ្ធិពលពីកត្តាប្រឈមជាច្រើន រួមមានព័ត៌មានអវិជ្ជមាន និងបទល្មើសឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា បញ្ហាព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ក៏ដូចជាភាពតានតឹង និងសង្គ្រាមនៅមជ្ឈិមបូព៌ា ដែលបានជំរុញឱ្យថ្លៃប្រេងឥន្ធនៈកើនឡើង និងប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការធ្វើដំណើរអន្តរជាតិ។
ស្ថិតក្នុងបរិបទប្រឈមខាងលើ, ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបាននិងកំពុងដាក់ចេញនូវវិធានការអន្តរាគមន៍ជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រវិស័យឯកជន។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ភាពជាដៃគូរវាងរដ្ឋ និងឯកជន គឺជាកម្លាំងដ៏ចាំបាច់ក្នុងការប្រែក្លាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមទៅជាឱកាស និងជំរុញការស្តារវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ឱ្យមានសន្ទុះឡើងវិញ។
អង្គប្រជុំ ក៏បានកត់សម្គាល់ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់តំណាងភាគី រដ្ឋ ឯកជន និងគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដែលសម្រេចបាននូវលទ្ធផលការងារវិជ្ជមានគួរជាទីកត់សម្គាល់ ដោយវិធានការចំនួន២២ សម្រេចបានពេញលេញទាំងអស់ ដោយវិធានការដែលយើងទើបសម្រេចបានចុងក្រោយ មានចំនួន២វិធានការ៖ (១) ការអភិវឌ្ឍតំបន់ភ្នំគូលែនជាតំបន់ទេសចរណ៍ធម្មជាតិ , (២) ការអភិវឌ្ឍខ្សែក្រវាត់បៃតង ដោយ ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ បានចុះអនុស្សរណៈ នៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជំរុញខ្សែក្រវាត់បៃតងនៅតំបន់ទេសចរណ៍ និងពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្សែច្រវាក់ផលិតកម្មកសិកម្ម កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ, អង្គប្រជុំ ក៏បានពិនិត្យពិភាក្សាលើសំណូមពរទាំង១១របស់វិស័យឯកជន ដែលមានជាអាទិ៍៖ ការស្នើសុំលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការសម្រាប់ទីផ្សារគោលដៅ, មូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ដើម្បីកសាងម៉ាកសញ្ញា និងជំរុញការផ្សព្វផ្សាយទេសចរណ៍ទៅក្រៅប្រទេស (Branding, marketing and promotion)ការតម្លើងកម្រិតព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ជាតិធំៗ ទៅកម្រិតអន្តរជាតិ និងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យបានទូលទំលាយ, ការតភ្ជាប់ផ្លូវហោះហើរក្នុងស្រុកឱ្យកាន់តែងាយស្រួលពីគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍១ ទៅ ១ ទៀត, ការបង្កបរិយាកាសអនុគ្រោះបន្ថែមទៀតដល់ការវិនិយោគ និងធុរកិច្ចក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍, ព្រមទាំងសំណូមពរផ្សេងៗទៀត។ ទន្ទឹមនេះ, កិច្ចពិភាក្សា ក៏បានផ្តោតលើសំណើក្នុងការជំរុញផ្លូវហោះហើរត្រង់ឱ្យបានច្រើនពីទីផ្សារគោលដៅសំខាន់ៗ ដែលទាមទារឱ្យមានការពិភាក្សាស៊ីជម្រៅរវាងទេសចរណ៍ អាកាសចរណ៍ស៊ីវិល ក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរណ៍ និង ផ្នែកឯកជន។
ជាលទ្ធផល អង្គប្រជុំបានស្នើដាក់ចេញនូវវិធានការចាំបាច់បន្ទាន់ និងវិធានការគន្លឹះជាក់លាក់ ប្រកបដោយភាពជាក់ស្តែង និងប្រាកដនិយម ដោយផ្តោតលើការស្តារកិត្តិនាម និងរូបភាពវិជ្ជមានរបស់កម្ពុជាលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ, ពង្រឹងទំនុកចិត្តរបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរអន្តរជាតិ, ជំរុញការផ្សព្វផ្សាយទីផ្សារទេសចរណ៍ឱ្យកាន់តែសកម្ម, ទាក់ទាញ និងនាំយកព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អន្តរជាតិសំខាន់ៗមករៀបចំនៅកម្ពុជាឱ្យបានកាន់តែច្រើន ព្រមទាំងជំរុញចលនាទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងស្រុកឱ្យកាន់តែផុលផុស។

Public and Private Sectors Join Forces to Introduce Urgent Key Measures to Restore Confidence, Revive International Tourist Arrivals to Cambodia, and Strengthen the Resilience of Cambodia’s Tourism Sector!
Progress Review Meeting of the Tourism Working Group (Working Group “B”) under the Government-Private Sector Forum
H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, presided over the Progress Review Meeting of the Tourism Working Group (Working Group “B”) under the Government-Private Sector Forum, an important mechanism for strengthening the partnership between the Royal Government and the private sector. The meeting aimed to jointly review work progress, address challenges, respond to requests from the private sector, and identify key measures to restore and strengthen the resilience of Cambodia’s tourism sector.
This important meeting was attended by Oknha Luu Meng, Co-Chair of the Tourism Working Group (Working Group “B”); H.E. Excellencies representing relevant ministries and institutions; senior officials of the Ministry of Tourism; representatives of the private sector, the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, tourism industry associations, tourism operators, as well as national and international distinguished guests, totaling approximately 150 participants.
Speaking at the meeting, H.E. Minister emphasized that the meeting was both important and timely, particularly as Cambodia’s tourism sector has faced a noticeable decline in international tourist arrivals during the first half of 2026. This situation has been influenced by several challenges, including negative publicity and technology-enabled scam crimes, issues along the Cambodia-Thailand border, as well as tensions and conflicts in the Middle East, which have contributed to higher fuel prices and affected international travel.
Against this challenging backdrop, H.E. Minister highlighted that the Royal Government of Cambodia has continuously introduced a series of intervention measures to support the private sector. At the same time, he stressed that strong public-private partnership is an indispensable force for transforming challenges into opportunities and restoring momentum in Cambodia’s tourism sector.
The meeting also acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of representatives from the public and private sectors and all relevant stakeholders, which have produced notable positive results. A total of 22 measures have now been fully implemented. The two most recently completed measures are:
(1) the development of the Phnom Kulen area as a nature-based tourism destination; and
(2) the development of a Green Belt, through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries on cooperation to promote Green Belts in tourism areas and strengthen the efficiency of agricultural production value chains, signed on 1 August 2026.
The meeting also reviewed and discussed 11 requests from the private sector, including, among others: visa exemptions for priority target markets; the establishment of a tourism development fund to support destination branding, marketing and overseas tourism promotion; upgrading major national events to international-level events and expanding their promotion; improving domestic air connectivity between tourism destinations; creating a more favorable environment for investment and business activities in the tourism sector; and other related requests.
In parallel, discussions also focused on proposals to increase direct air connectivity from key target markets, which will require in-depth coordination and dialogue among the tourism sector, civil aviation authorities, airlines, and the private sector.
As an outcome of the meeting, participants proposed a set of urgent and concrete key measures that are practical and realistic, focusing on restoring Cambodia’s reputation and positive image on the international stage; strengthening confidence among international travelers; intensifying tourism marketing and promotional activities; attracting and bringing more major international events to Cambodia; and further stimulating domestic tourism movements.
