នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម កាន់ ផារិទ្ធរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ នៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Igor Driesmans ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាព នៃសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា រួមជាមួយនឹងតំណាងមកពីស្ថានឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំង នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។

កិច្ចពិភាក្សាបានអះអាងសាជាថ្មីអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃភាពជាដៃគូយូរអង្វែងរវាងកម្ពុជា និងសហភាព អឺរ៉ុប។ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់លើការរិៈរកវិធី ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកម្ពុជា-សហភាពអឺរ៉ុបបន្ថែមទៀត និងបានពិភាក្សាអំពីការវិវត្តថ្មីៗក្នុងតំបន់និងអន្តរជាតិដែលជាកង្វល់រួម ជាពិសេសការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើស្ថានការណ៍នៅមជ្ឈិមបូព៌ា។

On the morning of 6 August 2026, H.E. Mr. Kan Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held bilateral discussions with H.E.Mr. Igor Driesmans, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the European Union to the Kingdom of Cambodia, together with representatives from the Embassy of the French Republic, at the Ministry.

The discussions reaffirmed the importance of the long-standing partnership between Cambodia and the European Union. Both sides exchanged views on ways to further strengthen Cambodia–EU cooperation and discussed recent regional and international developments of common concern,with particular attention on the evolving situation in the Middle East.

ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត ក៏បានជម្រាបជូន ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី អំពីគម្រោងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម Maxime Prévot ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្របែលហ្ស៊ិក មកកម្ពុជានៅខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដើម្បីចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនីលើកទី២០។ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី ក៏បានសម្ដែងនូវសេចក្ដីរីករាយស្វាគមន៍ចំពោះដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះមកកម្ពុជា។

ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគី និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យដែលមានផលប្រយោជន៍រួម ស្របពេលដែលឆ្នាំ២០២៧ គឺជាខួបលើកទី៦០ នៃការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងព្រះរាជាណាចក្របែលហ្ស៊ិក។

ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានជម្រាបជូន ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត អំពីការវិវត្តថ្មីៗនៃបញ្ហាព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ផងដែរ។

On the morning of 6 August 2026, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received His Excellency Michel Parys, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Kingdom of Cambodia, with residence in Bangkok, for a courtesy call and working discussion at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed the longstanding friendship and excellent cooperation between Cambodia and Belgium. They also discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation in a wide range of areas, including development cooperation, judicial cooperation, trade and investment, tourism, and multilateral cooperation.

His Excellency Ambassador also informed His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister of the visit of His Excellency Maxime Prévot, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Belgium, to Cambodia in November 2026 to attend the 20th Francophonie Summit. His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his pleasure and looked forward to welcome his visit to Cambodia.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen and expand bilateral relations and cooperation in areas of mutual interest, as 2027 will mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Belgium.

His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister also updated His Excellency Ambassador on the current developments regarding the Cambodia-Thailand border issues.

On the morning of 05 August 2026, as an esteemed representative of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended as the Guest of Honour to the Opening Ceremony of the Honorary Consulate of Sri Lanka, at the Raffles Hotel Le Royal Phnom Penh.

The Opening Ceremony was also attended by Her Excellency E.A.S. Wijayanthi Edirisinghe, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Cambodia, Mr. Pily WONG, the newly appointed Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Cambodia, Senior Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ministry of Commerce, and Ministry of interior.

In the Opening Remarks, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, underscored the importance of enhancing the bonds of friendship and bilateral relations between Cambodia and Sri Lanka. The establishment of the Honorary Consulate marks a new step in further strengthening Cambodia–Sri Lanka relations. Furthermore, it will serve as an effective bridge for promoting economic cooperation, facilitating business and tourism, enhancing people-to-people exchanges, and providing consular assistance to the citizens of both countries. His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang also emphasized the two ministries are exploring a mutually convenient date for the convening the first Bilateral Consultations at the earliest opportunity.

ពិធីនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានចក្ខុវិស័យអាស៊ី និង ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម សួស យ៉ារ៉ា ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការកិច្ចការបរទេស សហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងព័ត៌មាន និងជាប្រធានក្រុមរដ្ឋសភាកម្ពុជានៃសភាវ័យក្មេង នៃរដ្ឋសភាកម្ពុជា និង ឯកឧត្តម វ៉ាង វិនពីន ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះក៏មានវត្តមានចូលរួមពីឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត តំណាងមកពីបណ្តាប្រទេសមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង ព្រមទាំងអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបប្រមាណ ៧០នាក់។

On 5 August 2026, H.E. Mr. KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Chair of the National Secretariat of Cambodia for Mekong-Lancang Cooperation, attended and delivered congratulatory remarks at an official launch of the second edition of the“Mekong-Lancang Peace Boat”.

The ceremony was organized by the Asian Vision Institute and presided over by H.E. Mr. SUOS Yara, Chairman of the Commission on Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Information and Chairman of the Young Parliamentarians of the National Assembly, and H.E. Mr. WANG Wenbin, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The event was attended by Ambassador, representatives from Mekong-Lancang countries, together with approximately 70participants.

Held under the theme “Mekong for People, Peace, and Prosperity,” and supported by the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund 2025, the second edition of the Mekong-Lancang Peace Boat initiative serves as a meaningful testament to the shared aspirations of the people of the Mekong-Lancang sub-region, who recognize the true value of peace, cherish it deeply, and are committed to living together in harmony.

The seven-day training programme and study visit along the mighty Mekong River will provide a unique platform for scholars and young people from the Mekong-Lancang countries to interact, exchange ideas, and foster collaboration in a spirit of mutual understanding and respect. Such meaningful exchanges will help contribute to strengthening friendship among the younger generation and advancing the shared vision of a community with a shared future of peace, stability, connectivity, and sustainable development in the Mekong-Lancang sub-region.

On 4 August 2026, as the high representative of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State, held a cordial meeting with 40 recipients of the Republic of Korea’s Scholarship Programs for the 2026 academic year. The recipients, including government officials, company employees, and students, will pursue their master's and doctoral degrees at over 20 different universities in the Republic of Korea in the fields of business administration, civil engineering, public health, computer and information engineering, AI Convergence Education, Korean language, and data science.

During the meeting, His Excellency the Secretary of State encouraged the recipients to dedicate themselves to the pursuit of knowledge and, upon completing their studies, to return home with the knowledge and expertise needed to contribute to national development. He also encouraged them to serve as goodwill ambassadors, actively promoting Cambodia’s culture, values, and prestige, and to strengthen the long-standing friendship between Cambodia and the Republic of Korea by fostering closer people-to-people ties. His Excellency the Secretary of State concluded the meeting by wishing the recipients a safe journey to the Republic of Korea and success in their pursuit of knowledge.

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញធ្វើជាសហប្រធាន ជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះសម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគី (JCBC) កម្ពុជា-ម៉ាឡេស៊ី នៅទីក្រុងគូឡាឡាំពួ ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។

នៅក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួម ក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យអាទិភាពជាច្រើន រួមមាន ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការវិនិយោគ កសិកម្ម អប់រំ សន្តិសុខ ការពារជាតិ ការងារ ទេសចរណ៍ និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូររវាងប្រជាជន និងប្រជាជន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួង និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដែលនឹងធ្វើការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយគ្នា ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវការអនុវត្តប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពនូវកំណត់ហេតុកិច្ចប្រជុំ លើវិស័យសំខាន់ៗខាងលើ។

នៅចុងបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមសហប្រធានទាំងពីរបានអញ្ជើញចុះហត្ថលេខាលើកំណត់ហេតុនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ JCBC កម្ពុជា-ម៉ាឡេស៊ី លើកទី៣ ដែលជាផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវ សម្រាប់តម្រង់ទិសកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនទៅមុខ។

នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃដដែលនេះ ឯកឧត្តម រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី ក៏បានរៀបចំពិធីជប់លៀងផ្លូវការ ជាកិត្តិយសជូន ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងគណៈប្រតិភូផងដែរ។

On the morning of 4 August 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, co-chaired the 3rd Meeting of the Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC) between Cambodia and Malaysia with His Excellency Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, in Kuala Lumpur.

During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their shared commitment to deepening bilateral ties across various priority sectors, including trade and investment, agriculture, education, security, defence, labour, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges. The meeting brought together delegates from respective line ministries and institutions of both countries, who will collaborate closely to ensure the effective implementation of the aforementioned key areas.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Co-chairs signed the Agreed Minutes of the 3rd Cambodia-Malaysia JCBC Meeting, serving as a roadmap to guide the further growth of bilateral cooperation between the two nations.

In the afternoon of the same day, His Excellency Foreign Minister of Malaysia also hosted an official luncheon in honour of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister and the Cambodian delegation.

លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី «ការទូតអាហារ» នេះ រៀបចំឡើងស្របតាមអនុសាសន៍ដ៏ថ្លៃថ្លា និងប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យដ៏វែងឆ្ងាយរបស់ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន សំដៅជំរុញការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តការទូតសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែសកម្ម និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ព្រមទាំងលើកស្ទួយអត្តសញ្ញាណជាតិ ប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្ត វប្បធម៌ និងប្រពៃណីខ្មែរ តាមរយៈការចម្អិន និងការបង្ហាញម្ហូបខ្មែរ ទៅកាន់ឆាកអន្តរជាតិឱ្យបានកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅ និងទូលំទូលាយ។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះដែរ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំសំខាន់ៗ ដោយផ្តោតសំខាន់លើតួនាទី និងភារកិច្ចស្នូលរបស់មន្ត្រីការទូត និងការរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់របស់សហព័ទ្ធប្រធានបេសកកម្មការទូត ក្នុងការលើកស្ទួយផលប្រយោជន៍ និងកិត្យានុភាពជាតិនៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។

On the afternoon of 3 August 2026, Her Excellency PECH Puthisathbopeaneaky, Secretary of State, representing His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the Closing Ceremony for the training course on “Culinary Diplomacy” for 20 diplomats, spouses of the heads of Cambodian diplomatic missions, and cooking staffs. The course was organized by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR).

Her Excellency the Secretary of State underscored that the course was conducted in accordance with the high instruction and the forward-looking vision of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, aiming to engage actively and effectively in implementing the Royal Government of Cambodia’s economic diplomacy strategy while also promoting Khmer identity, history, culture, and tradition to the world through cooking and showcasing Khmer cuisines. In addition, Her Excellency the Secretary of State also delivered key remarks and guidance, underscoring the essential roles and responsibilities of diplomats and the contribution of spouses of the heads of Cambodian diplomatic missions in advancing national interests and enhancing Cambodia’s standing on the international stage.

ដោយកម្ពុជា និងម៉ាឡេស៊ី នឹងប្រារព្ធខួបអនុស្សាវរីយ៍លើកទី៧០ នៃការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូត នៅឆ្នាំ២០២៧ កម្ពុជាត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចជាស្រេចក្នុងការសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយម៉ាឡេស៊ី ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ភាពជាដៃគូឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំ និងរួមចំណែកដល់សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងវិបុលភាពរបស់អាស៊ាន។

On the afternoon of 3 August 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, paid a courtesy call on the Honourable Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, on the occasion of his official visit and co-chairing of the 3rd Meeting of the Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC) between Cambodia and Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister conveyed warmest regards and best wishes from Samdech Akka Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate, and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim on the auspicious occasion of his upcoming birthday.

During the courtesy call, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister expressed Cambodia's deep appreciation for Malaysia's active role in promoting lasting regional peace and stability, particularly on the Cambodia-Thailand border issues, through the establishment of the Kuala Lumpur Peace Accord and the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT).

As Cambodia and Malaysia look forward to commemorating the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations in 2027, Cambodia stands ready to work closely with Malaysia to further strengthen their partnership, contributing to peace, stability, and prosperity in ASEAN.
