អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការនៅកម្ពុជាហៅកាត់ (គសក) សូមគោរពអញ្ជើញលោក លោកស្រី អ្នកនាងកញ្ញា ចូលរួមក្នុងវេទិការៀនសូត្រស្តីពីការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុលើកទី៣៧ ស្ដីអំពី “បច្ចុប្បន្នភាពបទប្បញ្ញត្តិ និងអនុលោមភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងនិយ័តករ គណនេយ្យ និងសវនកម្ម” ដែលនឹងរៀបចំឡើងរយៈពេលមួយថ្ងៃ គឺនៅថ្ងៃទី ៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខនេះ ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ៨:០០ នាទីព្រឹក ដល់ម៉ោង ៤:៥០ រសៀលនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។
សំគាល់៖***ទីតាំងជាក់លាក់នឹងជម្រាបជូនតាមក្រោយ។
លក្ខខណ្ឌ និងរបៀបនៃការចុះឈ្មោះដើម្បីចូលរួមក្នុងវេទិកា៖

៣) សម្រាប់អង្គការដែលមិនមែនជាសមាជិកគឺតម្រូវឱ្យចូលរួមបដិភាគ ៥០ដុល្លារ សម្រាប់ការចូលរួមផ្ទាល់ (ប្រសិនជានៅមានកន្លែង) ឬ២០$ សម្រាប់ការចូលរួមតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ។

អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា ហៅកាត់ថា គសក នឹងមានបើកវគ្គសិក្សាស្តីពី ការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោង នៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ដល់ ១០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខនេះសម្រាប់អង្គការសមាជិក និងមិនមែនសមាជិកនៃអង្គការគសក ក៏អាចចូលរួមបាន។
កំណត់ចំណាំ៖ ចំនួនអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបក្នុងមួយវគ្គគឺ ២៥នាក់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
**វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះនឹងធ្វើឡើងនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ (ទីតាំងជាក់លាក់នឹងជម្រាបជូននៅពេលក្រោយ)។
កម្មវត្ថុនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល៖
- បង្កើនការយល់ដឹងអំពីវដ្តនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោង រួមមាន ការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណគម្រោង ការធ្វើផែនការ ការអនុវត្ត ការតាមដាននិងការវាយតម្លៃ និងការបិទគម្រោង។
- ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពរបស់អ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងការវិភាគបរិបទគម្រោង កំណត់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗ វាយតម្លៃហានិភ័យ និងកំណត់អាទិភាពគម្រោងឱ្យច្បាស់លាស់។
- អភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងក្នុងការរៀបចំគោលដៅគម្រោង លទ្ធផល សមិទ្ធផលសម្រេច សកម្មភាព សូចនាករ និងផែនការអនុវត្ត។
- បង្កើតឧបករណ៍គ្រប់គ្រងផ្អែកលើលទ្ធផល រួមមាន ផែនការការងារ ផែនការថវិកា ផែនការតាមដាន និងទម្រង់របាយការណ៍។
- អ្នកចូលរួមនឹងមានផែនការសកម្មភាពគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងជាក់ស្តែង ដែលអាចយកទៅអនុវត្តក្នុងអង្គការ ឬគម្រោងរបស់ខ្លួនបន្ទាប់ពីវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល។

We would like to announce the training course on “Project Management” which will be organized on 7th- 10th September 2026.
Note: For CCC’s member and non-member can attend this training.
The total number of participants for this training is 25participants only. The training fee will include
lunch and study material and Certificate of Completion.
The venue for this training is in Phnom Penh (will be informed later).
The objectives of this training:
- Understand the full project management cycle, including project identification, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure.
- Strengthening participants’ ability to analyze the project context, identify key stakeholders, assess risks, and define clear project priorities.
- Develop practical skills to formulate project goals, outcomes, outputs, activities, indicators, and realistic implementation plans.
- Apply results-based management tools, including logical framework, workplan, budget plan, monitoring plan, and reporting formats.
- Enable participants to develop a practical project management action plan that can be applied in their own organization or project after the training.

Contribution from participation:
- CCC’s Member will be shared contribution for 100$ /course
- Non-CCC’s member will be shared contribution 200$/course

អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំសម្រាប់សមាជិក លើកទី ២៨៣ នៅថ្ងៃទី ៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “ការធ្វើឱ្យបណ្តាញតាមវិស័យកាន់តែរឹងមាំដោយការតភ្ជាប់ និងប្រសិទ្ធភាពជាងមុន” ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន 70 នាក់ (ស្ត្រី ២៦ នាក់) ដែលមកពីអង្គការសមាជិក និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នានា។

Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) convened its 283rd Members Bi-Monthly Meeting on 4 August 2026, under the theme "Building Stronger Sector Voices for a More Connected and Effective CCC Network" bringing together 70 participants (26 women) from civil society organizations and development partners.

The meeting focused 🎯 on the discussion on sector-based sub-committees, presentations on the Doing Good Index 2026 (DGI) and Impact Hub Phnom Penh’s social enterprise model, highlighting innovative approaches to sustainable financing, capacity development, and organizational resilience.

អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានចូលរួមក្នុងវេទិកា ស្តីពី ភាពជាដៃគូរវាងរាជ រដ្ឋាភិបាលនិងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល លើកទី៧ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «សិទ្ធិសេរីភាពសមាគម និងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងបរិបទឌីជីថល» នៅថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដាឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី តំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន នៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល, អភិបាលរាជធានី ខេត្ត, តំណាងស្ថានទូត ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ សមាគម និងអង្គការមិនមែន រដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងស្រុក និងបរទេស ព្រមទាំងមន្រ្តីពាក់ព័ន្ធប្រមាណ ៧០០រូប ដោយផ្ទាល់និងតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ អង្គការ គ.ស.ក បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្តីពីបទពិសោធន៍សំខាន់នៃកិច្ចសហការក្នុងភាពជាដៃគូរវាងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ និងបង្ហាញពីសំណើរសំណូមពរពីអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលជូនដល់រដ្ឋាភិបាល។

Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) participated in the 7th Forum on Partnership between the Royal Government and Civil Society Organizations under the theme “Freedom of Association and Non-Governmental Organizations in the Digital Context” on June 28, 2026, with the participation of representatives of ministries and institutions of the Royal Government, governors of the capital and provinces, representatives of embassies, development partners, associations and non-governmental organizations, local and foreign, as well as approximately 700 relevant officials in person and online.

On that occasion, CCC presented important experiences of collaboration in partnership between civil society organizations and sub-national administrations and presented proposals from civil society organizations to the government.

✨✨Youth volunteers play a vital role in driving positive changes and supporting the development of their local communities.✨✨

📢📢In collaboration with the Tbeang Meanchey District Department of Education in Preah Vihear Province, local authorities, and secondary and high school principals, youth volunteers distributed leaflets and flyers on social protection and social security systems for approximately 600 students and teachers.

📝📝The purpose of these activities was to enhance understanding of the benefits of the social protection system, particularly government assistance programs and social services designed to support vulnerable populations, poor families, children, youth, and communities.

Awareness of social protection is especially important for students, particularly those from poor families, as it helps them learn about various support programs that may assist them in pursuing their education. At the same time, increased understanding of their rights and opportunities to access social services helps reduce vulnerability and improve the well-being and quality of life of citizens.

ឧបករណ៍ឌីជីថលកំពុងក្លាយជាកត្តាចាំបាច់សម្រាប់កែលម្អគុណភាពកម្មវិធី និងការសម្រេចចិត្តដោយផ្អែកលើភស្តុតាង អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានរៀបចំវេទិការៀនសូត្រស្តីអំពីបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន និងការទំនាក់ទំនង (ICT) លើកទី៣៧ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “ការអនុវត្ត ICT4D សម្រាប់ភ្នាក់ងារ M&E និង AI” នៅថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន៦៧នាក់ (ស្ត្រី ២៣នាក់) មកពីអង្គការសមាជិក និងមិនមែនសមាជិកនៃ អង្គការ គ.ស.ក។

As digital tools are becoming essential for improving program quality and evidence-based decision, Cooperation Committee for Cambodia has organized the 37th Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Learning Forum on “ICT4D Practice for M&E and AI Agent” on 24 July 2026 with 67 participants (23 females) from member and non-member organization of CCC.

Through this forum, participants have learned how ICT4D can support effective data collection, data management for monitoring and evaluation work gained introductory understanding of AI Agents and how they can assist staff in planning, organizing information, automating routine tasks, and generating useful insights.
