នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ៧រោច ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្មនៃអាជ្ញាធរសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុមិនមែនធនាគារ បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី ”មូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះគណនេយ្យមុននឹងសិក្សាស្តង់ដាគណនេយ្យ” ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោក លី កុសល ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានកិច្ចការគតិយុត្តនិងអនុលោមភាព តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ប៊ូ ថារិន អគ្គនាយកនៃនិយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម អមដោយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីនៃនិយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម ព្រមទាំងតំណាងសហគ្រាស និងអង្គភាពមិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញផងដែរ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះរៀបចំឡើងនៅក្នុងគោលបំណងបញ្រ្ជាបការយល់ដឹងអំពីមូលដ្ឋានក្នុងការរៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ដោយផ្តោតទៅលើផ្នែកសំខាន់ៗដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានមុននឹងឈានទៅសិក្សាវគ្គស៊ីជម្រៅនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តង់ដារបាយការណ៍ទាក់ទងនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិនៃកម្ពុជាសម្រាប់សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម (CIFRS For SMEs) និងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តង់ដារបាយការណ៍ទាក់ទងនឹងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា(CIFRS)។
On Wednesday Morning, 5 August 2026, The Accounting and Auditing Regulator of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority, organized a Training Course on " Basic Accounting before studying the Accounting Standards". This training course was presided over by Mr. Ly Kosal, Director of the Legal Affairs and Compliance Department a high representative of H.E. Bou Tharin, Director General of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator accompanied the management and officer level, as well as the presence of representatives of enterprises and non-profit entities. This course is aimed to incorporate the fundamentals knowledge of financial statement preparation, focusing on the important aspects that make it easier before moving to study the in-depth course, Cambodia International Financial Reporting Standards for SMEs (CIFRS For SMEs) and Cambodia International Financial Reporting Standards (CIFRS).
