On Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel & Residence, H.E. Chou Vannak, Director General of the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (RPR), along with H.E. In Meatra Deputy Director General of RPR, attended the “National Forum on Business Financing 2026.”
The forum was highly presided over by H.E. Akka Pundit Sopheacha Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, with the participation of Excellencies, Lok Chumteav, ladies, and gentlemen who are leaders and representatives from various ministries and relevant institutions.

On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA) building, the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (RPR) organized "A Meeting with Private Sector to Collect Feedback on the Proposed New Reporting Template for Land Lots Business".
The meeting was presided over by H.E. Chou Vannak, Director General of the RPR with the participation of Mr. Mey Somnang, Director of Supervision Department, technical officials of RPR, as well as representatives from Cambodian Land Lots Development Association, and Business Owners/Companies, approximately 70 people.

On Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at the Main Conference Room of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA) building:
The Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (RPR) organized a “Consultation Meeting to Gather Feedback from the Private Sector on the New Reporting Template for Pawnshop and Transfer of Title for Security Businesses”. The meeting was presided over by H.E. Chou Vannak, Director General of the RPR, with the participation of Mr. Mey Samnang, Director of the Supervision Department, technical officials of the RPR, representatives from the Cambodian Association of Pawnbrokers and Transfer of Title for Security Businesses, and representatives from pawnshop and transfer of title as security companies/enterprises, totaling approximately 70 participants.

On Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA), the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (RPR) organized a “Meeting to Review the Work Achievements of the First Semester and Set Work Directions for the Second Semester of 2026 of the RPR,” which was highly presided over by H.E. Chou Vannak, Director General of the RPR, with the participation of Excellencies, ladies, and gentlemen who are Deputy Directors General, Department Directors, Deputy Department Directors, Office Chiefs, and officials of the RPR.

The purpose of this meeting was to present and review the work achievements of the first semester and the ongoing work for the second semester of 2026 by attentively discussing the implementation of some work that was previously done and raising effective solutions for the next semester to obtain desired results.

Mr. Say Chivin, Deputy Director General of the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (RPR), high representative of H.E. Chou Vannak, Director General of the RPR, accompanied by Mr. Moeurn Sovannara, Director of the General Affairs Department, and technical officials, attended the meeting on “Reviewing the Progress of Defining and Job Descriptions for Professional Positions, Management Positions, and Support Professional Positions of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).”
The meeting was co-presided over by H.E. Meas Soksensan, Secretary of State and Chairman of the Public Administration Reform Working Group of the MEF, and H.E. Kong Sophy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Public Function and Chairman of the Technical Working Group for Improving the Official Selection System of the Executive Subcommittee of the National Committee for Civil Service Reform (NCCSR), with the participation of H.E., Lok Chumteav, Mr and Mrs. who are leaders and representative officials from both ministries, totaling approximately 50 participants.

The workshop was presided over by H.E. Chou Vannak, Director General of the RPR. This workshop was attended by the leadership and officers of the RPR, as well as representatives from real estate developers.
