⚠️ MARINE & WIND SAFETY REMINDER ⚠️

Following our update regarding deteriorating conditions and the High Wind Advisory and Small Craft Warning that are now in effect, let's take a closer look at what high winds mean for St. Kitts and Nevis. While direct threats to life and property are generally minimal, sustained winds of 25 to 31 mph (with higher gusts) can create dangerous situations both on land and at sea:

πŸ‘‰πŸΎ Hazardous Marine Conditions: Expect very hazardous seas and severe disruption to sea transportation.

πŸ‘‰πŸΎ Outdoor & Travel Risks: Gusts of 30 to 40 mph or higher can affect your balance, disrupt outdoor activities, and impact travel.

πŸ‘‰πŸΎ Precautions: Avoid exposed elevated areas, cliff edges, and secure loose outdoor items that could blow away. Exercise caution while driving.

Stay informed, stay safe, and remain in port as advised! πŸ‡°πŸ‡³
