🎢 The St. Kitts Music Festival is heating up! πŸ”₯

As we gear up for unforgettable music and vibes, remember: the only thing that should be getting mixed is the playlist. πŸŽ§πŸ˜‰

Stay hydrated, know your limits, keep an eye on your crew, and make choices that help you enjoy every encore.

Whether you're in the front row, the back row, or somewhere between the food court and the dance floor, let's keep the vibes high, the risks low, and the memories crystal clear.

Dance hard. Party smart. 🎀✨

πŸ“Nevis Outreach: Early Drug Prevention Programme at Maude Crosse Preparatory School

Our Drug Prevention Officer, Ms. Ishelle Huggins, accompanied by Executive Officer Mrs. Sharima Doyling, recently visited our sister island of Nevis to deliver the Early Drug Prevention Programme at Maude Crosse Preparatory School.

From June 2–4, 2026, students participated in three interactive sessions focused on drug awareness, healthy decision-making, and building the skills needed to make positive life choices. Through engaging discussions and activities, students were encouraged to think critically about their well-being and the importance of making safe, informed decisions.

πŸ‘ We were inspired by the students' enthusiasm and active participation throughout the programme.

A heartfelt thank you to the administration, staff, and students of Maude Crosse Preparatory School for their warm hospitality and commitment to drug prevention education. Together, we are empowering our young people with the knowledge and confidence to lead healthy, productive, and drug-free lives.

🚭 This World No To***co Day, let’s protect our children and youth from the dangers of va**ng.

Vapes are NOT harmless.
They can expose young people to:
⚠️ Ni****ne addiction
⚠️ Harmful chemicals
⚠️ Long-term health risks

Our youth deserve better. πŸ’™

Let’s continue raising awareness, encouraging healthy choices, and building a tobacco-free future for the next generation.

🌱Mental health matters every day!πŸ’š

For the month of May, we are reminded to be a little gentler with ourselves and each other.

Your feelings are valid.
Your struggles are real.
And you do not have to face them alone.

Take a moment to check in with yourself, rest when needed, and reach out for support when things feel overwhelming. Small conversations can make a big difference.
