Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) is seeking a dedicated and qualified Clinical Instructor to join the Division of Health Sciences.

The successful candidate will play a key role in:
🔹 Supervising and evaluating students during clinical rotations
🔹 Teaching and demonstrating clinical skills
🔹 Promoting critical thinking, clinical judgment, and safe patient care
🔹 Supporting students through clinical briefings and debriefings
🔹 Coordinating clinical placements and liaising with healthcare facilities
🔹 Monitoring student performance and maintaining assessment records

What we're looking for:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
✔️ Current nursing licence or eligibility for licensure in St. Kitts and Nevis
✔️ Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
✔️ Experience teaching or supervising nursing students
✔️ Strong communication and computer skills
✔️ Knowledge of accreditation standards
✔️ Midwifery qualification would be an asset

💼 Salary: EC $5,341 (K33) – EC $6,564 (K38) monthly, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The Financial Specialist will provide technical support services, including training, to CCCCC’s Project Development Unit (PDU), working across projects, programs and other departments including the Regional Coordination and Business Development Unit with responsibility for both strategy and delivery.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
📌Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Development Finance, or a related field.
📌Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in at least five (5) of the required experience areas listed below:
🔹 Designing blended finance structures (e.g., guarantees, concessional tranches, first-loss capital);
🔹Structuring investment deals and preparing financial modelling and economic analysis to support bankability;
🔹Structuring Climate finance and investment;
🔹Demonstrated experience in supporting investment pipelines / bankable projects;
🔹Demonstrated experience mobilizing capital from public and private sources;
🔹Supporting climate finance or development programs;
🔹Demonstrated experience in mobilizing private capital for climate projects and preparing financial models.
📌Proven ability to manage short-term consultant teams and provide capacity building.
📌Proven financial modelling skills, familiarity with impact metrics, concessional assessments, and structuring instruments (grants, concessional loans, equity, guarantees).
