송경진 아시아재단 한국본부 대표는 9월 23일(월) 문애리 한국여성과학기술인육성재단(WISET) 이사장과 만나 양 기관의 협력 방안을 논의했습니다.

2023년 7월 아시아재단과 WISET이 체결한 업무협약을 기반으로 아태지역 과학·기술·공학·수학(STEM) 분야 여성 전문가 교류, 여성 교육·훈련, 차세대 멘토링 등 구체적 협력을 모색하기로 했습니다.

Dr. Kyungjin SONG, Country Representative of The Asia Foundation (TAF) Korea Office met, September 23, with Dr. Aree MOON, President of the Korea Foundation for Women in Science, Engineer and Technology (WISET), for future collaboration.

Recalling the MOU between TAF and WISET signed on July 13, 2023, both parties discussed various initiatives to advance women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) across Asia and the Pacific. It included exchanges of STEM experts, training programs, and next-generation mentoring for women in the region.
