🔷 From July 3 to 5, 2026, the CAMPUS Asia Alumni Workshop (CAAW) 2026 was held in Busan, Republic of Korea, under the theme "A Shared Future: Next Generation Insights on Future Directions of Trilateral Cooperation." The workshop brought together 30 CAMPUS Asia alumni and current students from China, Japan, and the ROK.

🤝 A key feature of this year's workshop was its first-ever joint session with the Young Scholars Forum (YSF), providing participants with an opportunity to exchange perspectives on the future of trilateral cooperation.

💬Through group discussions and presentations, participants explored ways to strengthen alumni engagement, improve information sharing, and create more sustained platforms for dialogue and collaboration. University coordinators and professors also shared their feedback and insights.

🌿On June 30, 2026, the Trilateral Economic Seminar (TES) was held in Seoul under the theme "Advancing Greener Economies towards Sustainable Growth." Bringing together policymakers, economists, researchers, and business representatives from China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea, the seminar explored regional economic developments and sustainable growth.

📊 The opening session featured the launch of the 2026 Trilateral Economic Report (TER), highlighting its key findings and the need for coordinated policy responses to emerging economic and structural challenges.

🌱 Session I, "CJK Economies in Flux: Assessing Current Trajectories and the Road Ahead," explored macroeconomic developments, regional growth, and key TER 2026 findings, including AI, trade policy developments, productivity challenges, population aging, and the green transition.

🤝 Session II, "Advancing Greener Economies towards Sustainable Growth," focused on climate change, carbon neutrality, and green economic transformation, while exploring opportunities for industrial decarbonization, clean energy, green finance, and technology cooperation.

On June 26, 2026, the Trilateral Entrepreneurs Forum (TEF) 2026 was held as part of the 21st Jeju Forum under the theme "Addressing Demographic Shifts in East Asia through Business Innovation." The forum brought together entrepreneurs and representatives from leading companies in China, Japan, and Korea to explore business innovation and opportunities in response to rapidly aging societies.

💡 Session 1, "Innovation-Enabled New Services for Ageing Societies," showcased Seven Point One (Korea), UBTECH Robotics (China), and EEFUL Holdings (Japan), highlighting their business approaches, emerging market opportunities, and innovative solutions for aging societies.

🤝 Session 2, "Adapting Existing Services for an Ageing Market," featured LG Uplus (Korea), Sinotrans Korea Shipping (China), and Panasonic Holdings (Japan), focusing on how existing industries and services can adapt and evolve to meet the changing needs of aging populations.

🎪“TCS Day 2026” Concludes Successfully 🎊

🌏 On May 29, 2026, “TCS Day: Celebrating the 15th Anniversary of TCS” brought Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul to life with enthusiastic participation and support from citizens and visitors alike!

🎤 The event kicked off with an opening ceremony featuring collaborative cultural performances by artists from Korea, China, and Japan, followed by a variety of interactive booths showcasing the cultures of the three countries. From performances to hands-on activities, the festival created a vibrant space where visitors could connect, engage, and develop a deeper appreciation for one another’s cultures. ✨
