- Foreign residents unable to verify their registered addres
■ Period
- Aug 1~Sep 30(1-month extension)
■ Method
1) Submit Application & Supporting Documents(Email, Fax, or Mail – Choose One)
2) Certificate of Alien Registration Facts(issued within 1 month)
3) Copy of your bank statement

■ Notice
· No refund if member and applicant information does not match
· Payback refunds can only be issued to active bank accounts
· No refunds to seizure-protection accounts, savings bank accounts,securities accounts, or virtual accounts
· Only residents in eligible payback areas who have completed a 30-day pass are eligible for a refund(Payback is not available for short-term passes, refunded passes, or residents living outside eligible areas)
※Climate Card registration is required after signing up for T-money Card & Pay.

※When visiting the Seoul Foreign Resident Center, please bring your T-money Card & Pay ID, password and required documents. Assistance cannot be provided without them.
