Startup Germany Breakfast: Pathways into Germany and Europe

Thinking about expanding into Europe? Germany offers a unique combination of market access, funding opportunities, and a strong innovation ecosystem.

At this breakfast session during NextRise in Seoul, we bring together Korean and international startups interested in exploring these opportunities first-hand.

🧠 Exploring what the future of AI-native organizations could look like, Woody Park (Minjun Park) is joining NextRise 2026 to rethink how organizations operate, make decisions, and evolve.

Everyone talks about AI adoption. But what happens when AI moves beyond productivity tools and begins reshaping how organizations actually operate?

Minjun Park brings a perspective grounded in both technical expertise and startup ex*****on. He studied Physics at Seoul National University with a minor in Computer Science before beginning his career as a researcher at global quantitative investment firm WorldQuant. In 2023, he joined Wrtn Technologies, where he held multiple leadership roles before being appointed CEO of Wrtn AX, a venture dedicated to AI transformation (AX) for enterprises and public institutions, following its launch in 2025. He also serves on the Korea SMEs & Startups Agency (KOSME) AX Innovation Committee, where he is the only representative from the startup sector, helping to bridge AI transformation and the startup ecosystem.
