Cayman Lands An aggregation of all information related to public land management in the Cayman Islands.

The Cayman Islands Government, through the Crown, owns over 670 parcels of real estate, comprising approximately 4,100 acres of land across all three islands. The Ministry of District Administration and Lands (DAL) under the responsibility of the Hon. Juliana O'Connor-Connolly provides oversight for the Public Lands Commission and Lands and Survey Department. The Public Lands Commission (PLC) was

established in 2017 and eight-members representing different Districts appointed for a two year term, per Section 5 of the Public Lands Act (2020 Revision), to regulate the use of public land in the public interest. The Department of Lands & Survey (L*D) comprises several sections interconnected by their involvement in matters relating to land. It offers services including land registration, surveying, geographic data, valuation and the management of government facilities.
