Know your routes with The Eastern Link 🚌

The free, four-month shuttle pilot launches 1 October, serving East End and North Side through three routes.

Using The Eastern Link is simple:

1. Explore the three route maps to find the service for your journey.

2. Check the signs on the shuttle before boarding.

3. Board The Eastern Link free of charge.

4. If you need to continue your journey on an existing public bus, transfer at Frank Sound Junction. Normal public bus fares apply.

The pilot runs Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Departure times vary by service, so check the maps before you travel.

🚌 The Eastern Link is coming 1 October.

The Ministry of Planning, Lands, Agriculture, Housing & Infrastructure, in partnership with the Public Transport Unit, will launch a free, four-month public transport pilot serving East End and North Side.

The Eastern Link will include three services:
• East End Loop via East End
• North Side/Cayman Kai
• East End Loop via Queen’s Highway

Frank Sound Junction will be the main connection point with the existing public bus network. Travel on The Eastern Link is free for the duration of the pilot. Normal fares apply if you transfer to an existing public bus.

The revised fee structure has been in effect since 1 September 2026 and applies to first-time driver’s licence issuance and renewals, as well as learner’s licences, written tests and road tests.
