Caymanian job seekers: if a vacancy is listed on the WORC Jobs Portal, apply through the portal — even if you have already applied directly to the employer, by email or through another platform.

Your portal application helps WORC see:

✓ That you applied
✓ The recruitment outcome
✓ The employer’s feedback

Under WORC’s Advertising and Recruitment Feedback Requirements Policy, the portal is the official system of record for recruitment activity conducted through it.

Applying through the portal helps WORC see that you applied and review the recruitment outcome and feedback recorded by the employer. It also helps ensure that your application forms part of the official record available to WORC and the relevant Board for review.

Applying through the portal does not guarantee employment, but it helps make your application visible within the official recruitment process.

Applied elsewhere? Apply through the portal too.
