استقبل رئيس لجنة الحوار اللبناني الفلسطيني السفير رامز دمشقية وفدًا فلسطينيًا ضمّ رئيس دائرة شؤون اللاجئين الدكتور أحمد أبو هولي، سفير فلسطين في لبنان محمد الأسعد، ومسؤول دائرة شؤون اللاجئين الفلسطينيين فى لبنان جمال فياض، وذلك بحضور المديرة التنفيذية للجنة نادين ماروق، مستشار اللجنة الدكتور علي مراد، ورئيسة دائرة الشؤون القانونية والتنسيق دانيالا سعود.
وشدد السفير دمشقية على أهمية تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين لجنة الحوار ودائرة شؤون اللاجئين بما يخدم تحسين أوضاع اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في لبنان.
كما استعرض الجهود التي تبذلها اللجنة في متابعة ملف حوكمة المخيمات، واقتراحات القوانين ذات الصلة باللاجئين الفلسطينيين وانعكاساتها، إلى جانب عدد من القضايا الحقوقية والاجتماعية المرتبطة بالعمل والمهن والأنشطة الرياضية ورخص السوق العمومية.
وأعرب عن قلقه البالغ إزاء الأزمة المالية التي تواجه وكالة الأونروا، محذراً من أن أي تراجع في خدماتها سيترك انعكاسات خطيرة على اللاجئين الفلسطينيين وعلى الاستقرار الاجتماعي في المخيمات، ولا سيما في ظل الأوضاع الاقتصادية والمعيشية الصعبة التي يمر بها لبنان.
وأكد أن استمرار ولاية الأونروا وتأمين التمويل المستدام لها يشكلان ضرورة ملحة ومسؤولية دولية لا تحتمل التأجيل، مجدداً رفض أي محاولات تستهدف تقويض دور الوكالة أو الانتقاص من تفويضها الأممي.

The Chairman of LPDC Ambassador Ramez Dimechkie received a Palestinian delegation comprising, Head of the Department of Refugee Affairs Dr. Ahmad Abu Holi; Ambassador of Palestine to Lebanon Mohammad Al-Asaad, and Director of the Department of Refugee Affairs in Lebanon Jamal Fayyad.
The meeting was also attended by the Committee's Executive Director Nadine Marouk, Committee Adviser Dr. Ali Mrad, and Head of the Legal Affairs and Coordination Department Daniella Saoud.
Ambassador Dimechkie stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination between the Lebanese-Palestinian Dialogue Committee and the Department of Refugee Affairs in order to improve the living conditions of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon.
He also reviewed the Committee's ongoing efforts to advance the governance of the camps, discuss proposed legislation related to Palestine refugees and its implications, and address a number of legal and social issues concerning employment, access to professions, sports activities, and Public driving licenses.
Ambassador Dimechkie expressed deep concern over the financial crisis facing UNRWA, warning that any reduction in the Agency's services would have serious repercussions for Palestinian refugees and for social stability in the camps, particularly in light of Lebanon's difficult economic and living conditions.
He emphasized that maintaining UNRWA's mandate and securing sustainable funding for the Agency are urgent necessities and an international responsibility that cannot be delayed. He also reiterated his rejection of any attempts to undermine UNRWA's role or diminish its United Nations mandate.

استقبل رئيس مجلس الوزراء الدكتور نوّاف سلام رئيس المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي الفلسطيني الوزير أحمد مجدلاني، والمبعوث الخاص للرئيس الفلسطيني ياسر عباس، والسفير الفلسطيني محمد الأسعد، وعضو اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينيّة أحمد أبو هولي، بحضور رئيس لجنة الحوار اللبناني - الفلسطيني السفير رامز دمشقيّة، ورئيس المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي اللبناني شارل عربيد، والأمين العام للاتحاد العمالي العام سعد الدين حميدي صقر.

بعد اللقاء، صرّح مجدلاني: "بحثنا مع دولة الرئيس تناول سبل تعزيز وتطوير العلاقات الفلسطينيّة – اللبنانيّة، وآليّات التنسيق بين المجلسين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في فلسطين ولبنان، ولا سيما في المجالات العربيّة والدوليّة، إلى جانب التحضير لعمل إقليمي مشترك يضم فلسطين ولبنان والأردن، والتنسيق في إطار القمة المتوسطية للمجالس الاقتصادية والاجتماعية".

وأضاف: "إنّ اللقاء تطرّق أيضاً إلى الأوضاع السياسية والمتغيرات التي تشهدها المنطقة، في ضوء المساعي الجارية لصياغة اتفاق إقليمي بعد التطورات التي أعقبت الحرب في الخليج، وانعكاسات ذلك على الترتيبات الإقليمية وموقع كل من فلسطين ولبنان فيها".

التقى رئيس لجنة الحوار اللبناني الفلسطيني السفير رامز دمشقية وزير الأشغال العامة فايز رسامني، بحضور المديرة التنفيذية في اللجنة نادين ماروق ومديرة مكتب الاونروا في لبنان دوروثي كلاوس وفريق عملها الى جانب متخصصين في الوزارة.
وبعد البحث بأوضاع المخيمات الفلسطينية، أعطى رسامني موافقته المبدئية على مشروع التحسين المقترح في مخيّم الرشيدية، كما تم البحث في ملف إعادة إعمار مخيّم نهر البارد وكيفية ضمّه ومحيطه بالأشغال المقترحة والمخطط التوجيهي المتعلّق بإعادة تشغيل وتأهيل مطار القليعات.

LPDC’s Chairman Ambassador Ramez Dimechkie met with the Minister of Public Works and Transport Fayez Rasamny, in the presence of the Committee's Executive Director Nadine Marouk, UNRWA Director in Lebanon Dorothy Klaus and her team, as well as specialists from the ministry.
Following discussions on the conditions in the Palestinian refugee camps, Minister Rasamny gave his preliminary approval to the proposed improvement project in the Rashidieh camp. The meeting also addressed the reconstruction of Nahr al-Bared camp and ways to integrate the camp and its surroundings within the proposed Master Plan related to the reopening and rehabilitation of Kleiat Airport.

استقبل وزير الداخلية والبلديات أحمد الحجار، في مكتبه، رئيس لجنة الحوار اللبناني - الفلسطيني السفير رامز دمشقية ومديرة شؤون "الأونروا" في لبنان دوروثي كلاوس.

وجرى خلال اللقاء البحث بملف البطاقات الرقمية للاجئين الفلسطينيين، وتم عرض أوضاع الوكالة في لبنان وبرامج عملها، إضافة إلى البحث في شؤون اللاجئين وسبل تعزيز التنسيق والتعاون في القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

The Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ahmad Al-Hajjar received, Chairman of LPDC Ambassador Ramez Dimechkie, and Director of UNRWA in Lebanon Dorothy Klaus.

During the meeting, discussions focused on the digital ID's for Palestinian refugees. The participants also reviewed UNRWA's situation in Lebanon and its programs, in addition to discussing issues concerning Palestinian refugees and ways to strengthen coordination and cooperation on matters of mutual interest.

عُقد اجتماع تنسيقي في مخيم نهر البارد بحضور المديرة التنفيذية في لجنة الحوار اللبناني الفلسطيني نادين ماروق وممثلين عن وكالة الأونروا واللجنة الشعبية في المخيم، لبحث واقع الخدمات والملفات الإنمائية ذات الأولوية في المخيم.

وتناول المجتمعون أزمة الكهرباء الناتجة عن الضغط المتزايد على شبكة التغذية والأعطال المتكررة.

وفي هذا الإطار، تابعت لجنة الحوار اللبناني الفلسطيني الملف بشكل مباشر من خلال التواصل مع دائرة كهرباء لبنان في عكار لبحث الأسباب التقنية والبدائل المتاحة وصولاً إلى حل مستدام، مؤكدة أن معالجة الأزمة تتطلب تضافر جهود جميع الجهات المعنية، كلٌّ ضمن مسؤولياته وصلاحياته.كما جرى البحث في سبل تحسين البنية التحتية والخدمات الأساسية، حيث تم الاتفاق على متابعة الإجراءات اللازمة لمعالجة أزمة الكهرباء وتأمين التمويل لحفر بئرين جديدين، إلى جانب المباشرة بأعمال تأهيل وتزفيت الشارع العام خلال الأسابيع المقبلة.

A coordination meeting was held at the Nahr al-Bared refugee camp, attended by Nadine Marouk, Executive Director of the Lebanese-Palestinian Dialogue Committee, along with representatives of UNRWA and the camp's Popular Committee, to discuss the current state of services and priority development issues in the camp.

The participants focused on the ongoing electricity crisis, which has been caused by increasing pressure on the power supply network and repeated technical failures. In this context, the Lebanese-Palestinian Dialogue Committee confirmed that it is following up on the issue directly through coordination with the Electricity of Lebanon office in Akkar to examine the technical causes and available alternatives with the aim of reaching a sustainable solution. The Committee stressed that addressing the crisis requires the concerted efforts of all relevant stakeholders, each acting within its respective responsibilities and mandate.

The meeting also explored ways to improve infrastructure and essential services. The participants agreed to continue the necessary measures to address the electricity crisis, secure funding for the drilling of two new water wells, and begin rehabilitation and asphalt paving works on the main road in the coming weeks.

اختتمت لجنة الحوار اللبناني الفلسطيني مشاركتها بأعمال الدورة 115 لمؤتمر المشرفين على شؤون الفلسطينيين في الدول العربية المضيفة في جامعة الدول العربية في القاهرة.

الوفد الذي ضم المديرة التنفيذية للجنة نادين ماروق ورئيسة دائرة الشؤون القانونية والتنسيق دانيالا سعود، اجتمع برئيس دائرة شؤون اللاجئين د. أحمد أبو هولي وجرى البحث بالتحضيرات لزيارته المرتقبة الى لبنان للقاء رئيس اللجنة السفير رامز دمشقية.

The Lebanese-Palestinian Dialogue Committee concluded its participation in the 115th Session of the Conference of Supervisors of Palestinian Affairs in the Arab Host Countries, held at the League of Arab States headquarters in Cairo.

The delegation, which included the Committee's Executive Director Nadine Marouk, and Head of the Legal Affairs and Coordination Department, Daniella Saoud, met with Dr. Ahmad Abu Holi, Head of the Department of Refugee Affairs. The meeting focused on preparations for his upcoming visit to Lebanon, where he is scheduled to meet with the Chair of the Committee, Ambassador Ramez Dimechkie.

LPDC’s Chairman Ambassador Ramez Dimechkie received MP Dr Abdul Rahman Bizri. Their discussions focused on the rights of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon as well as the social, health, and economic conditions in the camps.
