بمناسبة تعيينه وزيراً للخارجية في جمهورية الإكوادور، متمنين له كل النجاح والتوفيق في مهامه الوطنية والدبلوماسية.
كما نفتخر بأن معاليه هو نجل المهاجر اللبناني كمال خوري، ابن بلدتنا الحبيبة Barbara، في تجسيدٍ حيّ لنجاحات أبناء الجالية اللبنانية في الاغتراب وإسهاماتهم المميزة في خدمة أوطانهم ومجتمعاتهم.
إن هذا الإنجاز يشكل مصدر فخر واعتزاز لأهالي البربارة ولكل اللبنانيين، ويؤكد عمق الروابط التي تجمع أبناء الانتشار اللبناني بجذورهم ووطنهم الأم، على أمل استقبالك في قريتك في المدى القريب.
