Darbessama est une fondation spirituelle, culturelle et sociale au nom de feu Père Simon El-Zind. Darbessama s'inspire de sa vie, de sa méthode de travail paroissial, de ses écrits, de ses homélies et de son expérience spirituelle surtout pendant les derniers mois de sa vie. Parents, scouts, paroissiens et amis avec lesquels il a vécu et à qui il a témoigné de son amour du Christ, sont appelés à ê
tre membres de cette institution. Darbessama invite aussi chaque personne voulant faire un "saut de qualité" et mieux vivre sa vie chrétienne à être un de ses membres. Les projets de Darbessama:
Faire revivre les groupes de prière qui s'étaient formés pendant la maladie de feu Père Simon. Instituer un groupe de volontaires pour accompagner les malades et assister leurs parents. Mettre en valeur le travail paroissial de feu Père Simon et essayer de le faire connaitre dans les autres paroisses. Continuer le projet de sentier de pélerinage "Darbessama" qui s'étend de Jounieh à N-D. du Liban (Harissa) que le feu Père Simon avait commencé et qu'il avait voulu semblable au chemin de Croix à Lourdes (France). Instituer une bibliothèque spirituelle et culturelle au nom de "Bibliothèque de Père Simon El-Zind" dont le noyau serait formé par sa bibliothèque personnelle. Documenter et publier les homélies, les méditations et les écrits de feu Père Simon. Produire les cantiques ainsi que des passages des homélies enregistrés de la voix de feu Père Simon. Créer des aides scolaires et universitaires au nom de feu Père Simon

Darbessama è una fondazione spirituale, culturale e sociale in nome del defunto Padre Simon El-Zind. Darbessama si inspira della sua vita, del metodo del suo lavoro parrocchiale,dei suoi scritti,delle sue omelie e della sua sperienza spirituale soprattutto durante gli ultimi mesi della sua vita. Parenti,scout, parrocchiani e amici con i quali Padre Simone ha vissuto e ha chi ha testimoniato il suo amore di Cristo,sono chiamati ad essere membri di questa istituzione . Darbessama invita anche chiunque vuole fare un “ Salto di qualità” a vivere meglio la sua vita cristiana ed essere uno dei suoi membri. I proggetti di Darbessama:
Fare rivivere i gruppi di preghiera che si erano foramti durante la malattia di Padre Simone. Istituire un gruppo di volontari per accompagnare i malati ed assistere i loro genitori. Mettere in valore il lavoro parrocchiale di Padre Simone e provare di divulgarlo nelle altre parrochie. Continuare il proggetto del pellerinàggio Darbessama che si estende da Jounieh a Notre Dame Du Liban (Harissa) che il padre aveva gia cominciato e l’ha voluto simile alla Via Crucis a Lourdes(Francia). Istituire una biblioteca spirituale e culturale con il nome ”Biblioteca Di Padre Zind” del quale il nucleo sarebbe formato dalla sua biblioteca personale. Documentare e pubblicare le omelie, le meditazione e gli scritti del padre. Produrre contenendo tanto dei cantici quanto dei passagi delle omelie registrati con la voce di Padre Simone. Creare assistenza scolastica e universitaria in suo nome.

تعريف أولي بانطلاقتها وأهدافها
كان الخوري سيمون الزند، بشهادة العارفين والقادرين، كنزاً لكنيستنا ومجتمعنا. وقد ترك بعد رحيله إرثاً ثميناًً قوامه كتابات وعظات ومنهج عمل وطريقة حياة. هذا الإرث هو، في حد ذاته، ثروة من الواجب تثميرها لخير النفوس.
كما ان مرحلة المرض التي عاشها قبل انتقاله إلى جوار ربه قد سمحت له ولجُل من رافقوه بعيش إختبار روحي فريد ما لبث أن عم ليضع كثيرين على طريق التحول العميق في مسارهم الروحي وإعادة قراءة حياتهم في روح من التوبة إلى الفضائل الإنجيلية.
في الفترة الأخيرة من مرضه نضجت لديه فكرة ما لبث أن شاطرها لبعض أقربائه ومقربيه، ومفادها أن الانطلاقة الروحية على طريق القداسة التي شاء الله ان يضعه ويضعهم عليها سوية ينبغي ألا تتعثر أو تندثر مع رحيله، داعياً إلى تشكيل فريق عمل روحي من حوله، قوامه ممثلون عن الجماعات الكهنوتية والرعوية والكشفية والعيلية والصلوية التي رافقته، تكون مهمته الأولى توسيع دائرة "المشوار على طريق القداسة" لتشمل أوسع عدد من المؤمنات والمؤمنين
لذلك، واحساساً منا بالمسؤولية، نحن الذين دعانا شخصياً لتحقيق امنيته، نجد أنفسنا اليوم، بعد رحيل أبينا الحبيب، الحاضر فينا أبداً بمثاله، امام تحقيق المهمة التي حملنا اياها، ألا وهي إكمال المشوار الذي بدأه، وإيصال هذه الرسالة السامية الى أبعد مدى في كنيستنا ومجتمعنا. وقد توصلنا الى بعض الأفكار الأولية الآتية:
1- إنشاء موقع إلكتروني بإسم المؤسسة.
2- العمل على نشر أطروحة الخوري سيمون بعنوان:
Mystère, Mystique et Mission du Mariage Chrétien dans les écrits de l’Abbé H. Caffarel
3- إنتاج مجموعة تراتيل ومقتطفات من اقواله وعظاته.
4- إعادة تفعيل جماعات الصلاة التي تكونت إبان فترة مرضه.
5- تخصيص منح مدرسية وجامعية على اسمه.
6- توثيق ونشر كتاباته وعظاته.
7- إظهار قيمة العمل الرعوي الذي قام به وتثميره.
8- إنشاء فريق من المتطوعين لمرافقة مرضى السرطان وذويهم.
9- إكمال مشروع "درب السما" الذي بدأه قبل مرضه، وهو طريق الحج من ساحل علما الى حريصا الذي اراده مماثلاً لدرب الصليب في لورد.
تأسيس مكتبة عامة تحت إسم "مكتبة الخوري سيمون الزند" ، نواتها مكتبته الخاصة.

Darbessama is a spiritual, cultural and social foundation named after the late Father Simon El-Zind.. Darbessama is inspired by his life, his parish work, his writings, his homilies and his spiritual experience, especially during the last months of his life. Parents, scouts, parishioners and friends with whom he lived and to whom he testified of his love for Jesus Christ, are called to be members of this institution. Darbessama also invites each and every one who wants to make a " quality leap" and to live a profound Christian life, to be one of its members. The projects of Darbessama:
To bring back the groups of prayer that were formed during the illness of late Father Simon. To form a group of volunteers who will accompany the sick and assist their parents. To enhance the parish work of late Father Simon and try to make it known in other parishes. To continue the pilgrimage path of “Darbessama” from Jounieh to our Lady of Lebanon (Harissa) that late Father Simon had started and wanted similar to the Way of the Cross in Lourdes (France). To create a spiritual and cultural library by the name of “Father Simon El-Zind’s Library” which core would be formed by his personal library. To document and to publish the homilies, the meditations and the writings of late Father Simon. To produce hymns and several passages of the homilies recorded in the voice of late Father Simon. To generate school and academic help in the name of Father Simon.
