TCEB headed west to explore a new frontier in the China market.

TCEB's Meetings and Incentives Department brought Thailand MICE Roadshow in China 2026 to Chengdu, connecting nearly 30 Thai MICE suppliers and industry partners with over 100 MICE buyers from Chengdu, Chongqing and nearby cities — raising Thailand's profile in western China and opening doors to exciting new business opportunities.

With thriving industries and growing MICE demand, these cities offer fresh possibilities for Thai and Chinese MICE communities to connect, collaborate, and dream up what's next together.

Beyond the roadshow, TCEB's journey opened up more meaningful conversations — from an honoured visit to the Acting Consul-General of Thailand in Chengdu, to a meeting with corporate clients and a lunch filled with new connections with MICE agents.

TCEB, Meetings and Incentives Dept., brought Indian MICE buyers from 14 major business hubs across the country together in New Delhi for Thailand MICE Roadshow in India 2026!

The roadshow connected 31 Thai MICE suppliers from Bangkok, Phuket, Phang Nga, Chiang Mai, and Pattaya with more than 100 Indian MICE agents, creating a productive day of exploring Thailand’s MICE offerings, connecting with potential business partners, exchanging market perspectives and opening doors to new opportunities.

The day continued with an evening networking session with Indian corporate buyers, where TCEB reconnected with existing partners, met new prospects and exploring how Thailand can support their future meetings and incentive programmes.

From first conversations to future collaborations, Thailand will always warmly welcome Indian MICE travellers looking for a destination that delivers exceptional MICE experiences.

The first edition of "TCEB x TICA Thirst for Insights" brought together meetings and incentive travel professionals to arm them with the sharpest industry insights and unpack IBTM Asia Pacific 2027, the new MICE tradeshow set to make its debut in Thailand next year.

The evening featured a warm welcome and remarks by Prachoom Tantiprasertsuk, President of TICA, and Dr. Supawan Teerarat, President of TCEB, highlighting uncertainty as the new normal of the industry landscape, followed by the panel discussion “Winning in Uncertainty: What Clients Are Looking For in 2026” featuring Claudia Hall, Exhibition Director, IBTM World & IBTM Asia Pacific, and Supanich Thiansing, Director of Meetings and Incentives, TCEB, moderated by Bert Chamrernnusit, TICA Vice President and Managing Director of Realm Events (Thailand).

Sometimes, it starts with a story.

TCEB's Representative Office in China welcomed Chinese MICE agents, industry partners, and media in Beijing for a special screening of Dear You or A Love Letter to Ah Mah, a Chinese film in Teochew dialect that beautifully showcases Thailand as the backdrop to its story.

The evening was complemented by a product presentation of Thailand's latest MICE products and experiences, turning inspiration into opportunity and reinforcing why Thailand remains a destination that continues to captivate travellers and event planners alike.

Because sometimes the most powerful destination marketing doesn't start with an advertisement; it starts with a story.

At today’s Hotel and Venue Industry Pulse Check, TCEB, led by Dr. Jaruwan Suwannasat, Senior Vice President, had the pleasure of sitting down with some of Thailand’ leading hotels and venues at voco Bangkok Surawong by IHG to discuss what’s top of mind for the industry today. Key topics were elevating Thailand’s profile on the global stage, reinforcing confidence in the destination, expanding opportunities to reach new markets, and exploring how TCEB and the private sector can work together more effectively to drive sustainable growth for Thailand’s MICE industry.

Insights gathered from the discussion will help TCEB further enhance our strategies, initiatives, and support mechanisms to better serve Thailand’s MICE operators and stakeholders moving forward.

For 23 consecutive years, Thailand has been the destination of choice for Infinitus, one of China’s leading health and wellness corporations.

This year, “Infinitus 2026 Journey of Hope” brought approximately 1,500 participants to Bangkok, Pattaya, and Chiang Mai for a week-long programme that combined learning, inspiration, and Thai cultural immersion — empowering the participants’ personal and professional growth.

TCEB was honoured to welcome the group with MICE Lane fast-track services at the airport and special Thai cultural performances, while Mr. Salanroj Sutaschuto, Senior Vice President of TCEB, joined the gala dinner to extend a warm welcome on behalf of Thailand.
