රාජ්‍ය නිළධාරීන් දැනුවත් කිරීමේ මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ වැඩසටහන - දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලය, මාතලේ

අතිරේක දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් (ඉඩම්) එෆ්ආර්එල් රියල්දීන් මහත්මියගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් මාතලේ දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාල පරිශ්‍රයේදී මාතලේ දිස්ත්‍රික් මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ කමිටුව රැස් වූ අතර, ඒ සඳහා සහභාගී වූ රාජ්‍ය නිළධාරින් 25 දෙනෙකු සඳහා මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ වැඩසටහනක් පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශයේ අනුරාධපුර දිස්ත්‍රික් කාර්යාලයේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් 2024.12.17 දින පවත්වන ලදී.

අනුරාධපුර දිස්ත්‍රික් පුනරුත්ථාපන නිළධාරි ලුතිතන් කර්නල් ආර්ඩබ්ලිව්ජීඑස් මුණසිංහගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් අන්තරායකර ඖෂධ පාලක ජාතික මණ්ඩලයේ මාතලේ හා බදුල්ල දිස්ත්‍රික් බාහිර සේවා නිළධාරී දිනේෂ් චතුරංග හේරත් මහතා සහ මාතලේ දිස්ත්‍රික් බාහිර සේවා නිලධාරීණි නිහතමානී බුලත්සිංහල මහත්මියගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරන ලදී.

Awaraness Programme for Government Officers - District Secretariat, Matale

The Matale District drug prevention Committee meeting was held at the Matale District Secretariat premises on 17.12.2024 under the chairmanship of Additional District Secretary (Land) Mrs. FRL Rial Deen and a drug prevention and awareness programme was conducted for the officers who attended the meeting.

25 Officers were available at the programme conducted by Lieutenant Colonel RWGS Munsinghe, Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Anuradhapura along with Mr. Dinesh Chathuranga, Matale and Badulla District External Services Officer, Mrs. Nihathamani Bulathsinhala, Matale District External Services Officer from the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board.

ප්‍රජාව දැනුවත් කිරිමේ වැඩසටහනක් පැවැත්විම - 162 ග්‍රාම නිළධාරි කොට්ඨාශය, කාත්තන්කුඩි

පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශයේ මඩකලපුව දිස්ත්‍රික් කාර්යාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් කාත්තන්කුඩි 162 ග්‍රාම නිළධාරි කොට්ඨාශයේ පදිංචි කාන්තාවන් 60 දෙනෙකු සඳහා මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් ජින්නා මුස්ලිම් දේවස්ථානයේ දී 2024.12.17 දින පවත්වන ලදී.

මඩකලපුව දිස්ත්‍රික් පුනරුත්ථාපන නිළධාරි කර්නල් ඩබ්ලිව්ඩිසිසිබි දිසානායක ගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් අන්තරායකර ඖෂධ පාලක ජාතික මණ්ඩලයේ නියෝජිතවරුන් වන පී චන්ද්‍රකාන්තන් මහතා, එස්කේ ගෝවින්දරාසා මහතාගේ සහ කාත්තංකුඩි ප්‍රජා විශෝධන නිළධාරි එන්එම් රසුල්සා මහතාගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරන ලදී.

Community Awareness programme – 162 Grama Niladhari Division, Katthankudi.

A drug prevention and community awareness programme was conducted for the women of 162 Grama Niladhari Division, Katthankudi at Jinnah Mosque on 16.12.2024.

60 Women participated at the programme conducted by Colonel WDCCB Disanayaka, Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Baticaloa along with Mr. P Chandrakanthan, Mr. SK Govindarasa, representatives from the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board and Mr. NM Rasool shah, Community Corrections Officer from Community Based Corrections Office, Katthankudy.

රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරින් සඳහා මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණය පිළිබද දැනුවත් කිරිම වැඩසටහන - තංගල්ල නගරසභාව

පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශයේ හම්බන්තොට දිස්ත්‍රික් කාර්යාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් තංගල්ල නගර සභාවේ රාජකාරියේ නියුතු නිළධාරින් ඇතුළු කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයේ 23 දෙනෙකු වෙනුවෙන් මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් 2024.12.26 දින පවත්වන ලදී.

හම්බන්තොට දිස්ත්‍රික් කාර්යාලයේ පුනරුත්ථාපන නිළධාරි ලුතිතන් කර්නල් ඩබ්ලිව්ඒඑන්ඩී ජයසුන්දර සහ මේජර් ජේඩබ්ලිව්කේ ගමගේ යන නිළධාරින්ගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් අන්තරායකර ඖෂධ පාලක ජාතික මණ්ඩලයේ හම්බන්තොට දිස්ත්‍රික් මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය අධ්‍යාපන හා තොරතුරු සහකාර සුරංගි නාවලහේවගේ මහත්මිය හා සමාජසේවා අමාත්‍යාංශයේ ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ මනෝවිද්‍යා උපදේශිකා ක්‍රිෂාන්ති කෝකිලා මහත්මියගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරන ලදී.

A drug prevention and awareness programme was conducted for the Government Officers of the Municipal Council, Tangalle on 26.12.2024.

23 Officers and staff members participated at the programme conducted by Lieutenant Colonel WAND Jayasundara , Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Hambanthota along with Major JWK Gamage and Mrs. Surangi Nawalage, Hambanthota District Drug Education and Information Officer, from National Dangerous Drugs Control Board and Mrs Krishanthi Kokila, Senior Psychology Counsellor from Ministry of Social Services.

ප්‍රජාව දැනුවත් කිරීමේ මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ වැඩසටහන - ප්‍රජා ශාලාව - වල්පිට

පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශයේ කොළඹ 2 කාර්යාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් වල්පිට ප්‍රජා ශාලාවේ දී එම ප්‍රදේශයේ සමෘද්ධිලාභීන් 43 දෙනෙකු සඳහා මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් 2024.12.18 දින පැවැත්විණි.

කොළඹ 2 කාර්යාලයේ පුනරුත්ථාපන නිළධාරි මේජර් එස්ඒආර්එන් පෙරේරා ගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් අන්තරායකර ඖෂධ පාලක ජාතික මණ්ඩලයේ නිවාරණ අධ්‍යාපන හා තොරතුරු සහකාර නිළධාරිණී දුල්ෂානි තාරකා මහානාම මහත්මියගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරන ලදී.

Drug Prevention and Community Awareness programme – Community Centre, Walpita.

A drug prevention and awareness programme was conducted for the members of Samurdhi Society, Walpita at Community Centre, Walpita on 18.12.2024.

43 Members participated at the programme conducted by Major SARN Perera, Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Colombo II along with Mrs. Dulshani Tharaka Mahanama, Educational and Information Officer from the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board.

පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශයේ පොළොන්නරුව දිස්ත්‍රික් කාර්යාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් පොළොන්නරුව, ජාතික ආධුනිකත්ව හා කාර්මික පුහුණු කිරීමේ අධිකාරියේ අධ්‍යාපනය හදාරනු ලබන සිසුන් 13 දෙනෙකු සඳහා මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණය පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් 2024.12.27 දින පවත්වන ලදී.

පොළොන්නරුව පුනරුත්ථාපන නිලධාරි ලුතිතන් කර්නල් උදිත අංගම්මනගේ අධීක්ෂණයෙන් කන්දකාඩු නවෝදාව ප්‍රතිකාරක මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ උපදේශන නිළධාරි දසුන් ලක්ෂාන් මහතාගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු විය.

Drug Prevention and Awareness programme – National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority, Polonnaruwa.

A drug prevention and awareness programme was conducted for the students at the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority, Polonnaruwa on 27.12.2024.

13 Students participated at the programme conducted by Lieutenant Colonel Uditha Angammana, Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Polonnaruwa along with Mr. Dasun Lakshan, Counseling Officer from the Nawodawa – Treatment Centre, Kandakadu.

ප්‍රජාව දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහන - සම්පත්දායක සංචිත පුහුණු වැඩසටහන කළුතර ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කාර්යාලය

පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශයේ කළුතර දිස්ත්‍රික් කාර්යාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් කළුතර ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ පවත්වන ලද සම්පත්දායක සංචිත පුහුණු වැඩසටහන සඳහා ස්වෙච්ඡාවෙන් සම්බන්ධ වූ සාමාජිකයින් 15 දෙනෙකු වෙනුවෙන් මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණය පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් 2024.12.24 දින පවත්වන ලදී.

කළුතර දිස්ත්‍රික් පුනරුත්ථාපන නිළධාරි කර්නල් ජීඒඩීඅයිඑස් සමරනායකගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් අන්තරායකර ඖෂධ පාලක ජාතික මණ්ඩලයේ කලුතර දිස්ත්‍රික් සම්බන්ධීකරණ හා සහකාර බාහිර සේවා නිළධාරිනී බුද්ධි එරංගිකා පෙරේරා මෙනවියගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරන ලදී.

A drug prevention and community awareness programme was conducted for the volunteers of the Resources and Reserves training programme at District Secretariat, Kalutara on 24.12.2024.

15 Volunteers participated at the programme conducted by Colonel GADIS Samaranayake, Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Kalutara along with Ms. Buddhi Erangika Perera, District Coordinator – Kalutara and External Service Officer from the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board.

පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශයේ කළුතර දිස්ත්‍රික් කාර්යාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරින් හා ග්‍රාමීය මට්ටමින් ස්වේච්ඡාවෙන් සම්බන්ධ වු සාමාජිකයින් 18 දෙනෙකු සදහා මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ වැඩසටහනක් 2024.12.20 දින පාලින්ද නුවර ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ දී පවත්වන ලදී.

කළුතර දිස්ත්‍රික් පුනරුත්ථාපන නිළධාරි කර්නල් ජීඒඩීඅයිඑස් සමරනායකගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් පාලින්ද නුවර ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ නිළධාරී බීපි ප්‍රදිපිකා ලක්මාලි මහත්මියගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරන ලදී.

A drug prevention and community awareness programme was conducted for the government officers and volunteers of the Divisional Secretariat, Palinda Nuwara on 20.12.2024.

18 Government Officers and volunteers participated at the programme conducted by Colonel GADIS Samaranayake, Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Kalutara along with Mrs. BP Pradeepika Lakmali, Drug Prevention Officer of Divisional Secretariat, Palinda Nuwara.

A drug prevention and awareness programme was conducted for the members of Samurdhi Society, Dehiwala at Sri Maha Bodhi Viharaya, Dehiwala on 20.12.2024.

42 Members participated at the programmes conducted by Major SARN Perera, Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Colombo II along with Mrs. Dulshani Tharaka Mahanama, Educational and Information Officer from the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board.

පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශයේ ගම්පහ දිස්ත්‍රික් කාර්යාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් සමනබැද්ද වෘත්තීය පුහුණු මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ පුහුණුලාභීන් 30 දෙනෙකු සඳහා මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ දැනුවත් කීරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් 2024.12.19 දින පවත්වන ලදී.

ගම්පහ පුනරුත්ථාපන නිලධාරී කර්නල් ඊඑම්එස්එන් ඒකනායකගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් ගම්පහ දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ සහකාර මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය අධ්‍යාපන නිලධාරිනී දිල්හාරා වරාගොඩ මහත්මියගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරන ලදී.

Drug Prevention and Awareness programme – Vocational Training Centre, Samanabedda.

A drug prevention and awareness programme was conducted for the students at the Vocational Training Centre, Samanabedda on 19.12.2024.

30 Students participated at the programme conducted by Colonel EMSN Ekanayake Coordinating Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries, Gamapaha along with Mrs. Dilhara Waragoda, Assistant Drug Education Officer from the Gamapaha District Secretariat.

පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශය - புனர்வாழ்வுப் பணியகம்

2025 අලුත් අවුරුදු වැඩසටහන - නවෝදාව - ප්‍රතිකාරක මධ්‍යස්ථානය, කන්දකාඩු / නවෝදාව - තෘතීය හා වෘත්තීය සාක්ෂරතා පුහුණු මධ්‍යස්ථානය, සේනපුර

2025 නව වසර උදාව සැමරීම නිමිත්තෙන් කන්දකාඩු නවෝදාව - ප්‍රතිකාරක මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ පුනරුත්ථාපනලාභීන් 101 දෙනෙකු සහ සේනපුර නවෝදාව - තෘතීය හා වෘත්තීය සාක්ෂරතා පුහුණු මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ පුනරුත්ථාපනලාභීන් 77 දෙනෙකු වෙනුවෙන් වැඩසටහන් සංවිධානය කර තිබුණි.

මෙහිදී ජාතික ගීය ගායනා කිරීම, රට දැය වෙනුවෙන් දිවිපිදුවන් සිහි කරමින් විනාඩි දෙකක නිහඬතාවයක් පැවැත්වීම සිදු කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව ක්ලීන් ශ්‍රී ලංකා ජාතික වැඩසටහන හා අන්තර්ජාලය ඔස්සේ සජීවීව නැරඹීමට කටයුතු සලසා දෙන ලද අතර, අවසානයේ දී සියලු පුනරුත්ථාපනලාභීන්, නිළධාරින් සහ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය වෙනුවෙන් තේ පැන් සංග්‍රහයක් ද පවත්වන ලදී.

2025 New Year Programme - Nawodawa - Treatment Centre, Kandakadu and Nawodawa - Tertiary and Vocational Literacy Training Centre, Senapura.

2025 New Year celebration programs were organized for the rehabilitees of Navodawa - Treatment Center, Kandakadu and Navodawa - Tertiary and Vocational Literacy Center, Senapura on 1st of January 2025.

101 rehabilitees from Navodawa - Treatment Center and 77 rehabilitees from Navodawa - Tertiary and Vocational Literacy Center participated new year events which started with the National Anthem. Thereafter two-minutes silence was observed in honor of our fallen heroes, those who sacrificed their lives for the motherland.

Subsequently, the rehabilitees and staff members took the “Clean Sri Lanka pledge” and they were given the opportunity to watch the “Clean Sri Lanka” National ceremony held at the Presidential Secretariat. A new year tea party was also organized for the rehabilitees.

පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශයේ කොළඹ 2 කාර්යාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් නැදිමාල, සෝමානන්ද විහාරයේ දී එම ප්‍රදේශයේ සමෘද්ධිලාභීන් 67 දෙනෙකු සඳහා මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් 2024.12.17 දින පැවැත්විණි.

කොළඹ 2 කාර්යාලයේ පුනරුත්ථාපන නිළධාරි මේජර් එස්ඒආර්එන් පෙරේරා ගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් අන්තරායකර ඖෂධ පාලක ජාතික මණ්ඩලයේ නිවාරණ අධ්‍යාපන හා තොරතුරු සහකාර නිළධාරිණී දිල්හාරා වරාගොඩ මහත්මියගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරන ලදී.

A drug prevention and awareness programme was conducted for the members of Samurdhi Society, Nedimala at Soamananda Viharaya on 17.12.2024.

67 Members participated at the programme conducted by Major SARN Perera, Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Colombo II along with Mrs. Dilahara Waragoda Educational and Information Officer from the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board.

පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශයේ ගාල්ල දිස්ත්‍රික් කාර්යාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් පිටිගල, වල්අඹගල, ශ්‍රී සුගතපාල සහ ශ්‍රී ධර්මවිනය දහම් පාසල්වල සිසුන් 90 සහ දෙමව්පියන් 85 දෙනෙකු සඳහා මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් 2024.12.14 දින වල්අඹගල, ශ්‍රි විවේකාරම විහාරස්ථානයේදි පැවැත්විණි.

ගාල්ල කාර්යාලයේ පුනරුත්ථාපන නිළධාරි ලුතිතන් කර්නල් පීඑච් නිරෝෂන් ගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් අන්තරායකර ඖෂධ පාලක ජාතික මණ්ඩලයේ දකුණු පලාත් සම්බන්ධිකාරකා ඉසුරිකා රත්නායක මහත්මියගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරන ලදී.

A drug prevention and awareness programme was conducted for the Dhamma School students and Parents of Sri Sugathapala and Sri Dharma Vinaya Dhamma School, Pitigala at the walambagala Sri Vivekarama Vihara on 14.12.2024.

90 Students and 85 parents participated at the programmes conducted by Lieutenant Colonel PH Niroshan, Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Galle along with Mrs. Isurika Rathnayake, Southern Province Coordinator from the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board.

පුනරුත්ථාපන කාර්යාංශ කොළඹ 2 කාර්යාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් පිළියන්දල, ධර්ම ශාස්ත්‍රෝදය පිරිවෙන් විහාරස්ථානයේ දහම් පාසල් සිසුන් 57 දෙනෙකු සඳහා මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් 2024.12.14 දින පැවැත්විණි.

කොළඹ 2 කාර්යාලයේ පුනරුත්ථාපන නිළධාරි මේජර් එස්ඒආර්එන් පෙරේරා ගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් අන්තරායකර ඖෂධ පාලක ජාතික මණ්ඩලයේ නිවාරණ අධ්‍යාපන සහ තොරතුරු සහකාර ඩබ්ලිව්.ජී සුපුන් උදාන මහතාගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරන ලදී.

57 students participated at the programme conducted by Major SARN Perera, Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Colombo II along with Mr. WG Supun Udana Educational and Information Officer from the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board.

ගම්පහ පුනරුත්ථාපන නිළධාරි කර්නල් ඊඑම්එස්එන් ඒකනායකගේ මෙහෙයවීමෙන් අන්තරායකර ඖෂධ පාලක ජාතික මණ්ඩලයේ අධ්‍යාපන නිලධාරිනී හර්ෂණී ආරියරත්න මහත්මියගේ සම්පත් දායකත්වයෙන් මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදු කරන ලදී.

136 Officers and Non - Commissioned officers participated at the programme conducted by Colonel EMSN Ekanayake, Rehabilitation Officer of the Socio Economic and Welfare Coordinating Office for Rehabilitated Beneficiaries – Gampaha along with Mrs. Harshani Ariyrathna, Educational Officer from the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board.
