සුළි කුණාටුව හේතුවෙන් දිස්ත්රික්ක කිහිපයක අධික වර්ෂාපතනය, ගංවතුර සහ නාය යෑම් සිදුවී ශ්රී ලංකාව මේ මොහොතේ දැඩි විනාශයකට මුහුණ දී සිටී. පවුල් අවතැන් වීම්,නිවාස හානි,ජීවනෝපායන් අහිමි වීම සහ අත්යවශ්ය සේවාවන්ට බලපෑම් එල්ල වී ඇති පසුබිමක ලංකාව පුරා සිටින සෑම ප්රජාවක් වෙනුවෙන්ම අපගේ උපරිමය කිරිමට අප කැප වන්නෙමු.
ජාතික අර්බුදය හමුවේ අපි දේශපාලන පක්ෂයක් ලෙස නොව, අනුකම්පාව සහ වගකීම සඳහා කැපවී සිටින පුරවැසියන් ලෙස අප අපගේ උපරිමය ඔබ වෙනුවෙන් ඉටු කිරිමට සූදානම්.
සහන සේවා වෙනුවෙන් අපගේ ස්වේච්ඡා කණ්ඩායම් දැනටමත් එක්ව සිටී. ඔබට මේ මොහොතේ සහාය අවශ්ය නම්,බලපෑමට ලක් වූ සහය අවශ්ය පිරිස් පිලිබද ඔබ දැනුවත් නම්, නැතහොත් අවශ්යතා ඇති පවුල්වලට උපකාර කිරීමට ඔබ දායක වීමට කැමති නම්, කරුණාකර අප හා සම්බන්ධ වන්න. මේ අප එක සිදු කරන සියලු දේ මව් රටට අවැසිම මොහොතයි.
