Today, on Autism Awareness Day,I don’t just speak as someone who cares—I speak as someone who lives it every day.
Not in headlines,Not in statistics,But in quiet moments that the world never sees.
In the gentle way a hand reaches out, then pulls back.In the eyes that say so muchwithout a single word.
I have seen strengthin what others call “challenging.”I have felt connectionin what others call “distance.”
This is not just my job. This is patience that grows roots in my heart. This is learning a new language—one of silence, trust, and tiny victories.
A smile after a long moment of overwhelm,A calm breath after a storm,A hand held without fear—these are the wins we celebrate.
Today, we created something beautiful together—little hands, different minds, one shared moment.Through colours, textures, and creativity,we made crafts filled with joy, trust, and expression.
Each piece tells a story, not just of art—but of connection, patience, and love.
And beyond today, I am proud to support and give back—taking part in fundraising for National Autistic Society, walking with purpose, raising awareness not only with my voice, but with my actions.
Some days are heavy. Some days test every part of me.But even on those days,I know I am exactly where I am meant to be.
Because behind every behaviourthere is a story.Behind every momentthere is a person who deserves to be understood, not judged.
Today, I don’t raise awareness with words alone—I carry it in my actions,my patience,my care.
Autism is not something to “fix.”It is something to understand,to accept,to embrace.
And I am proud—so deeply proud—to walk beside these incredible soulsevery single day.💙
