අලෙවියට වඩා අලෙවිකරණය - CFC හි පුහුණු වැඩසටහන
අපගේ කණ්ඩායමේ දැනුම, කුසලතා සහ උපායමාර්ගික ප්රවේශය ශක්තිමත් කිරීමේ අරමුණින්, “විකුණුම්වලට වඩා අලෙවිකරණය” පුහුණු වැඩසටහනක් අද ලංකා ධීවර සංස්ථාවේ (CFC) සාර්ථකව පැවැත්විණි.
පාරිභෝගික අවශ්යතා අවබෝධ කර ගැනීම, ශක්තිමත් පාරිභෝගික සබඳතා ගොඩනඟා ගැනීම, වෙළඳ නාම වටිනාකම වැඩි දියුණු කිරීම සහ නවීන අලෙවිකරණ ප්රවේශයන් අනුගමනය කිරීම මගින් සාම්ප්රදායික අලෙවියෙන් ඔබ්බට යාම කෙරෙහි වැඩසටහන අවධානය යොමු කළේය.
අඛණ්ඩ පුහුණුව සහ ධාරිතා වර්ධනය තුළින්, ශ්රී ලංකාව පුරා CEYFISH සන්නාමය ශක්තිමත් කරන අතරම, වඩාත් වෘත්තීය, පාරිභෝගික කේන්ද්රීය සහ ප්රතිඵල මත පදනම් වූ කණ්ඩායමක් සංවර්ධනය කිරීමට CFC කැපවී සිටී.
