නිමිත්තෙන් සංවිධානය කරනු ලබන පාසල් තරගාවලිය - 2026
1. තරග රීති සහ කොන්දේසි - ගද්ය රචනා තරගාවලිය

• ශ්රී ලංකාවේ RTI පනතේ වැදගත්කම
• පාසල් සිසුන් RTI පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් විය යුත්තේ ඇයි?
• RTI පනතෙන් ජනතාවට ලැබෙන වාසි හා අවාසි
* සිංහල, දෙමළ හා ඉංග්රීසි යන මාධ්ය ත්රිත්වයෙන්ම ජ්යෙෂ්ඨ අංශය (12, 13 ශ්රේණි) හා අන්තර් මධ්යම අංශය (9, 10, 11 ශ්රේණි) වශයෙන් තරගාවලිය පැවැත්වේ.
* මෙම සියලු රචනා වචන 1500ට වැඩි විය යුතු අතර, පැහැදිලි අත්අකුරින් A4 ප්රමාණයේ කොළ භාවිත කළ යුතුය.
* එක් මාධ්යයකින් පළමු, දෙවන, තෙවන, හතරවන හා පස්වන ලෙස ජයග්රහණ සඳහා විශේෂ ත්යාග සමග සහතිකපත් පිරිනැමේ.
* 06 සිට 15 දක්වා ජයග්රහණය කරන සිසුන් වෙනුවෙන් ත්යාග සමග සහතිකපත් පිරිනැමෙන අතර, 16 සිට 25 දක්වා ජයග්රහණයන් වෙනුවෙන් සහතිකපත් පිරිනැමේ. තවද සහභාගි වන සියලුම සිසුන් සඳහා සහභාගිත්වය වෙනුවෙන් සහතිකපත් පිරිනමනු ලැබේ.
* පාසලකින් එක් අංශයක් සඳහා නිර්මාණ තුන (03) බැගින් අංශ දෙකෙන් නිර්මාණ හයක් (06) ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය. සියලු නිර්මාණවල විදුහල්පති/නියෝජ්ය විදුහල්පතිවරයෙකු විසින් සහතික කළ යුතුය.
* සියලු නිර්මාණ අතිරේක ලේකම් (සංවර්ධන, තොරතුරු, පර්යේෂණ හා ප්රතිපත්ති), සෞඛ්ය හා ජනමාධ්ය අමාත්යාංශය, අංක 168, ඇසිදිසි මැදුර, කිරුළපන මාවත, පොල්හේන්ගොඩ, කොළඹ 5 ලිපිනයට 2026.08.05 වන දිනට පෙර යොමු කළ යුතුය.
* ගද්ය රචනා තරගාවලියේ මුල් ජයග්රහණ ලබන දරුවන් පස්දෙනා හට සැප්තැම්බර් මසට යෙදෙන ප්රධාන සැමරුම් දිනයේ දී අදාළ සහතිකපත් හා ත්යාග ප්රදානය කරනු ලැබේ.
* විනිශ්චය මණ්ඩලයේ තීරණය අවසන් තීරණය වේ.
2. තරග රීති සහ කොන්දේසි - ඩිජිටල් පෝස්ටර් තරගාවලිය

• RTI දැනගමු - දැනුවත් පුරවැසියන් වෙමු
• RTI මගින් විනිවිදභාවයෙන් යුතු රටක්
මෙම තරගාවලිය විවෘත තරගයක් ලෙස පැවැත්වෙන අතර, පහත කරුණු කෙරෙහි ඔබගේ විශේෂ අවධානය යොමු කළයුතුය.
1. මෙම තරගාවලිය සඳහා ලියාපදිංචි වීමට හා නිර්මාණය උඩුගත(upload) කිරීම සඳහා සෞඛ්ය හා ජනමාධ්ය අමාත්යාංශයේ www.media.gov.lk වෙබ් අඩවියේ ඇති අයදුම් පත්රය (Google Form) 2026.08.05 දිනට පෙර සම්පූර්ණ කළ යුතුය.
2. පහත සඳහන් කොන්දේසි වලට අනුගත වෙමින් අප වෙත ඔබගේ නිර්මාණ යොමු කළ යුතුය.
*For digital files: 1920x1080px (Full HD) - 3840x2160(4K) පරාසයේ ඩිජිටල් නිර්මාණයක් විය යුතුය. පෝස්ටර් සඳහා 600 dpi යොදා ගත යුතුය.
*For illustrations / graphics (hand-drown/ posters): 2500x3500px - 400x600px, vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG)
* Photography: 3000x2000px - 6000x4000px
* ඔබගේ ඩිජිටල් නිර්මාණ අවම 300 dpi පැහැදිලිභාවයෙන් (resolution) A3 ප්රමාණයෙන් (3508x4961px) ලෙසින් සකස් කළ යුතුය.
* ඔබගේ නිර්මාණය JPEG/ PDF ස්වරූපයෙන් එවිය යුතුය.

Rules & Guidelines
The competition will be held in all three media—Sinhala, Tamil, and English
under two categories: Senior Section (Grades 12, 13) and Intermediate Section (Grades 9, 10, 11).
All essays must exceed 1,500 words and be written clearly on A4 size paper in legible
handwriting.
Special prizes along with certificates will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th
places in each language medium.
Students winning from 6th to 15th places will receive prizes and certificates, while those
placing 16th to 25th will receive certificates. All participating students will receive a
certificate of participation.
A school must submit three (03) entries per section, making a total of six (06) entries
across both sections. All entries must be certified by the Principal or Deputy Principal.
All entries must be sent before 05.08.2026 to the following address:

The top five winners of the essay competition will receive their certificates and prizes at the main commemoration event to be held in September.

This competition is held as an Open Competition, and special attention should be paid to the following:
1. To register and upload your creation, you must complete the application form (Google Form) available on the Ministry of Health and Mass Media website (www.media.gov.lk)
before 05.08.2026.
2. Your entries must be submitted adhering to the following specifications:
o For digital files: Must be 1920x1080px (Full HD) – 3840x2160px (4K). Use 600 dpi for posters.
o For illustrations/graphics (hand-drawn/posters): 2500x3500px – 400x600px,
vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG).
o Photography: 3000x2000px – 6000x4000px.
o Digital creations must be prepared in A3 size (3508x4961px) with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
o Creations must be submitted in JPEG/PDF format
