Event planner to organize the hike in the mountain called "Galgiriya Kanda" and traditional Rowing in a lake called "Palukadawala lake". The all famous "Saliya Asokamala" story was bound with this mountain, "Galgiriya kanda" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galgiriya_Mountain) and villagers believed the cave they lived is hidden in the top of the mountain. One of the most beautiful starting point to
hike the mountain is starting from the village called "Kaduruwewa" and it's around 9-10KM from the "Galgamuwa" town. "Palukadawala lake" is a calm, clean and very attractive place, even you can spend a whole day with your folks by doing outdoor events, bathing, rowing and relaxing... If you are lucky enough you can even see the number of wild elephants which will come to drink water from the lake. We are offering a event to hike the mountain in the morning half (8.00am to 2.30pm) of the day and in the evening half (3.00pm to 6.00pm) we are planning to do "Traditional rowing" in the "Palukadawala lake". Both locations are very very attractive and full of beautiful scenes.
