Project Completion Update – Seed Paddy Cleaner & Sorter System, Nanaddan, Manner District, Northern Province

We are pleased to inform that the repair and servicing work of the Seed Paddy Cleaner and Sorter has been successfully completed, after our previous success work in Oddusuddan last month.Additionally, a new paddy transfer elevator has been integrated into the system to enhance its performance.

As a result of this upgrade, over 500 farmers can now utilize the facility to preserve their paddy for the next cultivation phase or sell it at better market prices. The reengineered system now processes up to 1.5 tons of paddy per hour, while manpower requirements have been reduced by 50%.

Project Completion Update – Visvamadu, Mullaitivu District, Northern Sri Lanka.

We successfully completed an automation project by installing a belt conveyor system for transferring paddy from soaking tanks to boiling tanks. This system has reduced manpower requirements from 6 to 2 persons and cut process time from 90 minutes to 20 minutes. With a handling capacity of 5 tons per hour, the new system significantly lowers labor costs and improves overall production efficiency, contributing to reduced rice production costs.

மார்ச் மாத இறுதியில், டெக் சிலோன் சோஷியல் வென்ச்சர்ஸ், வட இலங்கையின் எழுதுமட்டுவாழில் தனியாரின் 7 ஏக்கர் தென்னை பயிரிட்டிற்கான தெளிப்பான் (sprayer) சொட்டு நீர்ப்பாசன முறையை நிறுவுவதை நிறைவு செய்தது. கைமுறை உழைப்பைக் குறைத்து தாவர ஆரோக்கியத்தை மேம்படுத்தக்கூடிய மிகவும் திறமையான, நிலையான நீர்ப்பாசன அமைப்பை உருவாக்குவதே இதன் குறிக்கோளாக இருந்தது.
