OPERATION METHODOLOGY OF CARECONCERN:
# Any assistant seeking appeals (student scholarships or general aid programs) would be received via FACILITATOR (CARECONCERN / consultative committee member or donor or teacher).
# Any kind of appeals will be reviewed by respective subcommittee and the recommendation of the successful appeals will be sent to resource management subcommittee for perusal and
approval.
# All kind of programs are to be approved by Resource management subcommittee and President.
# Successful general aid programs will be executed either by CARECONCERN’s subcommittee or any other social organization with whom proper alliance formed via Memorandum of Understanding.
# Programs can either be selected by CARECONCERN’s subcommittees or donors. In case of donor selects the programs, then the considered programs should not compromise the policies of CARECONCERN and the required funds have to be handed over to CARECONCERN in advance.
# Annual report will be issued annually to members, donors and interested parties.
# Accounts will be reviewed by independent auditor.
# CARECONCERN will seek advices from advisors and the Consultative Committee.
# Only Consultative Committee is further authorized to divulge internal information to outsiders and to review accounts in case of any allegation of misappropriation of funds arises.
# Any charges level against a member will face a disciplinary action by respective subcommittee.
# Any potential advices / feedback from members and outsiders will be reviewed periodically and would be incorporated in future actions if it is acceptable.
