தற்போதைய NPP நிர்வாகத்தில் பொறுப்புகளை வகிப்பவர்கள், ஒரு பதவியின் சலுகைகளும் நன்மைகளும் அது ஆற்றும் பொறுப்பின் பிரதிபலிப்பே என்பதைப் புரிந்துகொள்வது அவசியம். எனவே, தற்போதைய நிர்வாகத்தின் அலட்சியம் மற்றும் திறமையின்மையால் குடிமக்கள் இழக்கும் எதற்கும் அவர்களே பொறுப்பாவார்கள். கடமைகளையும் பொறுப்புகளையும் நிறைவேற்றுவதற்கான வளங்களும் வசதிகளும் இல்லாததால் ஒருவர் திறமையற்றவராக இருந்தாலோ அல்லது திறமையற்றவராக மாறியிருந்தாலோ, பதவி விலகுவதே பொறுப்பான தேர்வாக இருக்கும். இந்த உண்மையை ஒப்புக்கொள்ளாமல் தொடர்ந்து பதவியில் நீடிப்பது, பயனற்ற விளக்கங்களை மட்டுமே உங்களுக்கு விட்டுச்செல்லும், ஆனால் அலட்சியங்களுக்கும் திறமையின்மைகளுக்கும் உங்களையே பொறுப்பாக்கும்.
It is important that those who hold responsibilities in the current NPP administration understand that the perks and benefits of a given job role is a reflection of the responsibility it serves. Hence anything that the citizens will lose due to negligence and incompetency of the current administration will be responsible for the same. It would be the responsible option to resign, if one is incompetent or has become incompetent due to lack of resources and facilities to fulfill the duties and responsibilities. The act of continuation without acknowledging the very fact will leave you with worthless explanations but responsibility for the negligences and incompetencies.
ජා.ජ.බ රජයේ වගකීම් දරණ සියල්ල තේරුම් ගතයුතුයි වගකීම් වලට සාපේක්ෂව වරප්රසාද සහ දීමනා ලබාදෙනු ලබන්නේ පැවරී ඇති වගකීම් ඉටුකිරීමට අවශ්ය පසුබිම නිර්මාණය කිරීමට බවත්, වර්තමාන රජයේ නොසැලකිල්ල සහ නොහැකියාව මත ජනතාවට අහිම වන සියල්ල සඳහා වගකීමෙන් බැඳෙන බැවින් තමන් ට ඉටුකිරීමට නොහැකි වගකීම් හෝ ඉටුකළ හැකි වගකීම් වෙනුවෙන් ලැබිය යුතු සම්පත් සහ පහසුකම් නොලැබීම තුල ඉටු කල නොහැකි තත්වයක් තුල ඉල්ලා අස්වීම වගකීමෙන් කටයුතු කිරීමක් බවත්, එසේ නොකිරීමට කිසිඳු හේතුපාඨයක් පසුවට ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමෙන් ඵලක් නොවන බවත් හොඳින් අවධාරණය කරගත යුතුය.
