📍 අද රට මුහුණ දෙන ආර්ථික අභියෝගවලට විසඳුම සෙවිය යුත්තේ වචනවලින් නොව, නිෂ්පාදනයෙන්, වැඩෙන් සහ ප්රතිපත්තිමය තීරණවලින් බව අපි පැහැදිලිව තේරුම් ගත යුතුය.
ආනයන මත යැපෙන, පාරිභෝගික ආර්ථිකයකින් ඉවත්ව දේශීය නිෂ්පාදනය මත පදනම් වූ ආර්ථිකයක් ගොඩනඟා ගැනීම අද රටට අත්යවශ්ය ජාතික අවශ්යතාවයකි. 📍
📍 ඒ සඳහා කෘෂිකර්මාන්තය සම්ප්රදායික සීමාවන් තුළ රඳවා තැබීමෙන් ඉවත්ව, ව්යවසායකත්වය සමඟ සෘජුව සම්බන්ධ කරන රාජ්ය ප්රතිපත්ති ක්රියාත්මක කළ යුතුය.
නයි මිරිස් වගාව වැනි ආදායම් ලබාදෙන වගා ක්ෂේත්ර හරහා ගොවියා නිෂ්පාදකයෙකු පමණක් නොව, වෙළඳපොළට මුහුණ දෙන ව්යවසායකයෙකු බවට පත් කිරීම අපගේ ප්රධාන දේශපාලනික වගකීමයි. 📍
📍 එම දේශපාලනික දැක්ම යටතේ, ගොවීන්ගේ ආදායම ඉහළ නැංවීම, ග්රාමීය ආර්ථිකය ශක්තිමත් කිරීම, රැකියා අවස්ථා බිහි කිරීම සහ රටේ විදේශ විනිමය පිටවීම අවම කිරීම පිළිබඳ අවධානය යොමු කළ යුතු කරුණකි. 📍
📍 ගොවියා ශක්තිමත් නොවූ රටක් කිසිදා ශක්තිමත් නොවේ. 📍
📍 ඒ නිසා කෘෂිකර්මාන්තය, ව්යවසායකත්වය සහ රාජ්ය ප්රතිපත්ති එකම මඟකට ගෙන යන දේශපාලනික තීරණ වෙනුවෙන් ඉදිරියටත් අඛණ්ඩව ක්රියාත්මක වීමට අවශ්ය දේශපාලන නායකත්වයට බැඳී සිටිමු. 📍
📍 මේ අනුව ජනතාව නයි මිරිස් වගාව වෙත යොමු කරවීම සඳහා ඒ වෙනුවෙන් අවශ්ය පුහුණුව ලබා දීමට ගම්පහ මහර ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලීය නව ශ්රවණාගාරයේදී පැවැත්වූ නයි මිරිස් වගා පුහුණු වැඩමුළුව. 📍
📍 මෙම අවස්ථාවට මහර ප්රාදේශීය සභා මන්ත්රීවරුන් කිහිපදෙනෙක්, මහර ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම්තුමන් ඇතුළු රාජ්ය නිලධාරීන් රැසක් සහ මේ සඳහා උනන්දුවක් දක්වන මහර ආසනයේ කාන්තා සමිතිවල සාමාජිකාවන් ඇතුළු මේ කෙරෙහි උනන්දුවක් දක්වන විශාල පිරිසක් සහභාගී විය .📍

📍 இன்று நாடு எதிர்கொள்ளும் பொருளாதார சவால்களுக்கான தீர்வை வார்த்தைகளில் அல்ல, உற்பத்தி, வேலை மற்றும் கொள்கை முடிவுகளில் தேட வேண்டும் என்பதை நாம் தெளிவாகப் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். 📍
📍 இறக்குமதி சார்ந்த, நுகர்வோர் பொருளாதாரத்திலிருந்து விலகி, உள்ளூர் உற்பத்தியை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்ட பொருளாதாரத்தை உருவாக்குவது இன்றைய நாட்டிற்கு இன்றியமையாத தேசியத் தேவையாகும். 📍
📍 இதற்காக, விவசாயத்தை பாரம்பரிய எல்லைகளுக்குள் வைத்திருப்பதற்குப் பதிலாக, தொழில்முனைவோருடன் நேரடியாக இணைக்கும் அரசாங்கக் கொள்கைகள் செயல்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். 📍
📍 விவசாயியை உற்பத்தியாளராக மட்டுமல்லாமல், கருப்பு மிளகு சாகுபடி போன்ற வருமானம் ஈட்டும் சாகுபடிப் பகுதிகள் மூலம் சந்தையை எதிர்கொள்ளும் தொழில்முனைவோராகவும் மாற்றுவது நமது முக்கிய அரசியல் பொறுப்பாகும். 📍
📍 அந்த அரசியல் தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வையின் கீழ், விவசாயிகளின் வருமானத்தை அதிகரிப்பது, கிராமப்புற பொருளாதாரத்தை வலுப்படுத்துவது, வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்குவது மற்றும் நாட்டின் அந்நியச் செலாவணி வெளியேற்றத்தைக் குறைப்பது ஆகியவற்றில் கவனம் செலுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். 📍
📍 வலுவான விவசாயி இல்லாத நாடு ஒருபோதும் வலுவாக இருக்காது. 📍
📍 எனவே, விவசாயம், தொழில்முனைவு மற்றும் மாநிலக் கொள்கைகளை ஒரே திசையில் நகர்த்தும் அரசியல் முடிவுகளை நோக்கி தொடர்ந்து பணியாற்றுவதற்குத் தேவையான அரசியல் தலைமைக்கு நாங்கள் உறுதிபூண்டுள்ளோம். 📍
📍 அதன்படி, கம்பஹா மாவட்ட நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் மற்றும் மஹர பிராந்திய ஒருங்கிணைப்புக் குழுவின் தலைவர் என்ற வகையில், மக்களுக்கு பாம்பு மிளகாய் சாகுபடி செய்வதற்குத் தேவையான பயிற்சியை வழங்குவதற்காக, பாம்பு மிளகாய் சாகுபடி பயிற்சி பட்டறை மஹர பிரதேச செயலக அலுவலகத்தின் புதிய கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் நடைபெற்றது. 📍
📍 மஹர பிரதேச சபை உறுப்பினர்கள் பலர், மஹர பிரதேச செயலாளர், பல அரசு அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் பிரதேசவாசிகள் பலர் இந்த நிகழ்வில் கலந்து கொண்டனர். 📍

📍 We must clearly understand that the solution to the economic challenges facing the country today should be sought not in words, but in production, work and policy decisions.
It is an essential national need for the country today to move away from an import-dependent, consumer economy and build an economy based on local production. 📍
📍 For this, government policies that directly link agriculture with entrepreneurship, rather than keeping it within traditional boundaries, should be implemented. 📍
📍 It is our main political responsibility to turn the farmer not only into a producer, but also into an entrepreneur facing the market through income-generating cultivation areas such as black pepper cultivation. 📍
📍 Under that political vision, attention should be paid to increasing farmers' income, strengthening the rural economy, creating employment opportunities and minimizing the country's foreign exchange outflow. 📍
📍 A country without a strong farmer will never be strong. 📍
📍 Therefore, we are committed to the political leadership needed to continue to work towards political decisions that move agriculture, entrepreneurship, and state policies in the same direction. 📍
📍 Accordingly, as a concept of my initiative as the Gampaha District Member of Parliament and Chairman of the Mahara Regional Coordination Committee, to provide the necessary training to the people to cultivate Black Pepper, a black pepper cultivation training workshop was held at the new auditorium of the Mahara Divisional Secretariat Office. 📍
📍 Several Mahara Divisional Council members, the Mahara Divisional Secretary, many government officials and many residents of the area participated in this event. 📍
