Sumaga Ruhunu Circle of the Deaf was initiated in 1996 with the prime objective of regaining Economic, Educational, Cultural, political and social right and privileges of deaf people in southern province. Our aim is to improve the inborn talents of the deaf and thus acquire a fr

ee and peacefully living standard in the society. Our Organization is registered as a voluntary non-government organization and affiliated to the National Council of Person with Disabilities. We are an organization for the deaf by deaf.
