National Design Centre -Srilanka National Design Centre (NDC) Provide common facility services to craftsmen and small scale entrepreneurs by facilitating them to use appropriate technology.

National Design Centre is a service oriented government cooperation which was established under National Craft Council and Consolidated Company’s Act No 35 of 1982 and commenced its operation in 1983 under the purview of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce with the prime objectives of developing the Indigenous Craftsmen. Promote, develop, build capacity, popularize and mainstream market oriented creative designs in line with global and Local Market trends. Objectives
Upgrade existing products of handicraft producers and develop and introduce new design concepts targeting the current market trends in the local and export market. Conduct research programmes with scientific and technical institutions to introduce appropriate technology to improve quality standards and production capacity. Provide advanced skills development, technical and design development training to uplift the handicraft sector by enhancing the income. Provide information and assistance to carry out market promotions to craftsmen, traders and others in the field of handicraft sector. Provide design consultancy services to public and other sector institutions. Conduct design education programmes to produce design professionals.

අභ්‍යන්තර අලංකරණය පිළිබඳ උසස් ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලාව ඇරඹේ!

ජාතික මෝස්තර මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ, ජාතික පිරිනිර්මාණ ආයතනය (Sri Lanka National Design Institute - SLNDI) මගින් මෙහෙයවනු ලබන අභ්‍යන්තර අලංකරණය පිළිබඳ උසස් ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලාවේ (Higher National Diploma in Interior Design) නව අධ්‍යයන වර්ෂයේ වැඩකටයුතු පසුගිය ජුනි 07 වැනිදා ආරම්භ විය.
ජාතික මෝස්තර මධ්‍යස්ථානයේ ගරු සභාපති සිසිර අමරබන්දු මහතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් මෙහි සමාරම්භක අවස්ථාව පැවැත්වුණු අතර ඒ සඳහා දේශකයන්, ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ ප්‍රවීණයන් ඇතුළු ආරාධිත අමුත්තන් සහ අනාගත නිර්මාණ ලෝකය ජය ගැනීමට පියවර තැබූ සිසු දරුවන් පිරිසක් මේ සදහා සහභාගී වූහ.
