Role Description
The Regional Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing marketing and business development and growth within the assigned region. This is a hybrid position based in Kochchikade, with a mix of on-site management and some work-from-field responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include supervising regional teams, monitoring business development, ensuring sales goals are achieved. The Regional Manager will analyze regional performance data, prepare reports, implement operational improvements, and support business growth. The role also involves building relationships with local stakeholders, addressing operational issues, and collaborating with senior management to achieve regional and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Marketing, Business Development and Sales.
Strong leadership and people management skills and Strategic mindset with the ability to achieve regional growth including team coordination, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Solid planning, organizational, and analytical abilities to manage multiple locations, resources, and timelines and improve regional KPI’s.
Positive Attitude will be the Key.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, partners, and local stakeholders.
Proficiency in basic ICT tools will be advantageus.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site responsibilities in Kochchikade with remote tasks.
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or Business Administration will be advantageus.
