අද (සැප්තැම්බර් 2) දින පොලිස්පතිතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් හා මා ඇතුළු ප්‍රදේශයේ උසස් පොලිස් නිලධාරීන්ගේ සහභාගිත්වයෙන් පොලොන්නරුව සහ අනුරාධපුර පොලිස් කොට්ඨාසවල අභිනවයෙන් ඉදිකරන ලද හා නවීකරණය කරන ලද පහත සඳහන් පොලිස් ගොඩනැගිලි විවෘත කරන ලදී.

1). මනම්පිටිය, තිරප්පනේ සහ හිදෝගම පොලිස් ස්ථානාධිපති නිල නිවාස.
2).පොලොන්නරුව මූලස්ථානයේ සම්මන්ත්‍රණ ශාලාව, විවිධ පැමිණිලි අංශය සහ භෝජනාගාරය
3).පොලොන්නරුව කනිෂ්ඨ පොලිස් නිලධාරීන්ගේ නිවාඩු නිකේතනය
4). අළුත්වැඩියා කරන ලද මින්නේරිය පොලිස් ස්ථානය

Today, I had the honour of attending the 42nd War Heroes' Commemoration Ceremony of the Police Special Task Force (STF) in Anuradhapura as the Senior Deputy Inspector General of Police, North Central Province.

We paid solemn tribute to the brave STF heroes who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty, beginning with the first four courageous officers who laid down their lives at Tikkam on 1 September 1984.

Their unwavering courage, dedication and selfless service remain a lasting inspiration to every member of the Sri Lanka Police.

We remember their sacrifice with gratitude and reaffirm our commitment to uphold the values they so courageously defended.

විශ්‍රාම ලැබූ උප පොලිස් පරීක්ෂක අතුල සේනාධීර මහතාගේ සේවය ඇගයීම.

පුරා වසර 40 ට ආසන්න කාළයක් ශ්‍රී ලංකා පොලිසිය වෙනුවෙන් සේවයට කැප වූ, උතුරු මැද පළාත් ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නියෝජ්‍ය පොලිස්පති කාර්‍යාලයට අනුයුක්ත උප පොලිස් පරීක්ෂක අතුල සේනාධීර මහතාගේ සේවය ඇගයීමේ චාම් උත්සවයක් අද දින මාගේ කාර්‍යාලයේ දී පවත්වන ලදී.

ඉතා දක්ෂ, අවංක හා කාර්‍යශූර නිල­ධා­රියෙක් වූ ඒ මහතා 1986 වර්ෂයේ දී ශ්‍රී ලංකා පොලිස් සේවයට බැඳී මෙහෙයුම් කලාප ඇතුළු ප්‍රදේශ රැසක පොලිස් ස්ථාන හා පොලිස් කාර්‍යාලය ගණනාවක සේවය කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව, අවසන් වරට උතුරු මැද පළාත් ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නියෝජ්‍ය පොලිස්පති කාර්‍යාලයට අනුයුක්තව විශිෂ්ට සේවාවක් ඉටු කළේ ය.

ඒ මහතාගෙ විශ්‍රාම දිවිය නිදුක්, නිරෝගී, චිර ජීවනය උදා වන දිවියක් ම වේවා. 🙏🙏
