புத்தளம் மாநகர சபையின் வருடாந்த சுற்றுலா
புத்தளம் மாநகர சபையின் உள் வாடிக்கையாளர்களாகக் கருதப்படும் (Internal Customers) அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் ஊழியர்களுக்குப் புத்துணர்ச்சியையும் ஓய்வையும் வழங்கும் நோக்கில் வருடாந்த சுற்றுலா ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது.
வருடம் முழுவதும் நகர மக்களுக்கான சேவைகளை தொடர்ச்சியாக முன்னெடுத்து கடினமாக உழைக்கும் அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் ஊழியர்களுக்கு, பணிச்சுமையிலிருந்து சிறிது ஓய்வளித்து புத்துணர்ச்சி பெறச் செய்வதுடன், தொடர்ந்தும் உற்சாகமாகவும் திறமையாகவும் பணியாற்றுவதற்கான வாய்ப்பாக இச்சுற்றுலா அமைந்தது.
அதேவேளை, மேல்நிலை அதிகாரிகளுக்கும் ஏனைய அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் ஊழியர்களுக்கும் இடையில் பரஸ்பர புரிந்துணர்வை (better understanding) ஏற்படுத்தி, இடைவெளிகளைக் குறைத்து, நல்லுறவுப் பாலத்தை உருவாக்குவதற்கான சிறந்த சந்தர்ப்பமாகவும் இந்நிகழ்வு அமைந்தது.
இதன் மூலம் மாநகர சபையின் உள் ஒற்றுமை, குழுப் பண்பு (Team work) மற்றும் பணித் திறனை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்தி (efficiency) , மக்களுக்கான சேவைகளை தொடர்ச்சியாகவும் சிறப்பாகவும் முன்னெடுக்க முடியும்.
පුත්තලම මහ නගර සභාවේ වාර්ෂික චාරිකාව
පුත්තලම මහ නගර සභාවේ අභ්යන්තර පාරිභෝගිකයන් ලෙස සැලකෙන නිලධාරීන් සහ සේවකයින්ට විවේකයක් හා නව ප්රබෝධයක් ලබාදීමේ අරමුණින් වාර්ෂික චාරිකාව සංවිධානය කරන ලදී.
වසර පුරා නගරයේ ජනතාව වෙනුවෙන් අඛණ්ඩව සේවය කරමින් කැපවීමෙන් වැඩ කරන නිලධාරීන් සහ සේවකයින්ට දෛනික රාජකාරි පීඩනයෙන් මඳ විවේකයක් ලබාගෙන, නැවතත් උද්යෝගයෙන් සහ කාර්යක්ෂමව සේවය කිරීමට අවශ්ය මානසික ප්රබෝධය ලබාදීම මෙහි ප්රධාන අරමුණකි.
එමෙන්ම, ඉහළ මට්ටමේ නිලධාරීන් සහ අනෙකුත් නිලධාරීන් හා සේවකයින් අතර අන්යෝන්ය අවබෝධය වර්ධනය කරමින්, පවතින දුරස්ථභාවය අවම කර, හොඳ සබඳතා ගොඩනැගීමට ද මෙම චාරිකාව වැදගත් අවස්ථාවක් විය.
මෙවැනි වැඩසටහන් මගින් මහ නගර සභාවේ අභ්යන්තර එකමුතුව, කණ්ඩායම් හැඟීම සහ සේවා කාර්යක්ෂමතාව තවදුරටත් ශක්තිමත් කර, ජනතාවට වඩාත් හොඳ සේවාවක් ලබාදීමට හැකිවේ.
Annual Trip of the Puttalam Municipal Council
The annual trip of the Puttalam Municipal Council was organized to provide rest and refreshment for its officers and employees, who are considered the internal customers of the organization.
Throughout the year, the officers and employees work continuously and with dedication to provide essential services to the people of Puttalam. This annual trip gives them an opportunity to take a short break from their regular workload, refresh themselves, and return to work with renewed energy and motivation.
The programme also helps to create better understanding between senior officers, other officials, and employees by reducing gaps and building stronger relationships among all levels of staff.
Such activities strengthen internal unity, teamwork, and efficiency within the Municipal Council, helping the staff to continue providing better and more effective services to the public.
