Heart to Brain Foundation යනු දේශ බන්ධු, දේශ අභිමානී දමිත් වෙදගේ මහතාගේ සංකල්පයක් මත රට පුරා විවිධ ක්ෂේත්‍රයන් හී දැනුම ඇති ප්‍රවීනයන් රැසක සාමුහිකත්වයෙන් ඇරඹුණු දරුවන්ගේ අධ්‍යාපනය නඟා සිටුවීමට දිරියක් අවැසි තැන් වල දී අත්වැලක් සපයන පදනමකි. Heart to Brain සාම්ප්‍රදායික ක්‍රම අභිබවා නවීන සංකල්ප මත කටයුතු දියත් කරන පදනමකි.

එනම්, එහිදී අධ්‍යාපනයේ අවශ්‍යතා ඇති දරුවන් සොයා ගොස් හදුනාගනිමින් ඔවුන්ගේ

ඉදිරි අනාගත කටයුතු ජය ගැනීමට දීරඝ කාලීනව අත්වැලක් සපයමින් අඛන්ඩ සහයෝගීතා හා පසුවිපරම් ක්‍රමයකින් ( අවම වසර 03ක් දක්වා) පදනම මඟින් අවශ්‍යතා ඉටු කරන්න අතරම
එම කාලයෙන් පසුවත් එම දරුවන්ගේ ඉදිරි අධ්‍යාපන කටයුතු අඩාල නොවී ක්‍රමවත්ව සිදු කර ගැනීමෙහි දෙමාපියන්ගේ ආරථිකය ශක්තිමත් කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය උපදේශන හා අවස්ථාවන් පෙන්වා ලබා දෙමින් ඔවුන්ගේ කටයුතු ස්ථාවර කරනවා මෙන්ම
හඳුනා ගන්නා විශේෂ දක්ෂතා ඇති දරුවන් තව තවත් ඔප් නංවමින් ලොවට වැඩදායී නවීන ව්‍යවසායකයන් හා ශිෂ්ට සම්පන්න පුරවැසියන් රටට දායාද කිරීමයි.

මෙම අරමුණු සාර්ථක කර ගැනීමට අප විසින් හදුනා ගත් ක්‍රමවේදය නම්,

1. ආරථික අපහසුතා නිසා අධ්‍යාපන කටයුතු කර ගැනීමට අපහසුව පීඩා විඳින දරුවන් සිටින ප්‍රදේශ
හදුනා ගැනීම.
2. හදුනා ගත් ප්‍රදේශය වල ආගමික ස්ථාන හා පාසල් වල වග කිව හැකි ප්‍රධානීන් හා සම්බන්ධ වෙමින් අප අරමුණ පැහැදිලි කර එය ඉටු කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය ඉදිරි කටයුතු සම්පාදනය කිරීම.
3. එම අවශ්‍යතාවන් මොනවා දැයි හදුනා ගනිමින් ඊට ගැලපෙන ලෙස ඒවා සපයා ගැනීම.
4. සැලසුම් කර ගත් පරිදි නියමිත කාලය වකවානු වලදී ඒවා දරුවන් වෙත ප්‍රධානය කිරීම.
5. එම දරුවන්ගේ දෙමාපියන් හදුනා ගනිමින් ඔවුන්ට ආර්ථිකය ශත්කිමත් කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය මඟ පෙන්වීම සිදු කිරීම.
