Requirements
i Ensure pre-production at the highest quality of photographs/video.
ii Contact the agreed people on location and ensure their availability and willingness for filming/photography.
iii Ensure highest quality photography and filming.
iv Ensure that all requests and instructions received from the Eastern Province Tourism Bureau to the type of photography/filming that is required are fulfilled.
v Work with the highest professional ethical standards and in keeping with Eastern Province Tourism Bureau reuirements.
vi Ensure that the correct technical requirements are followed as requested.
vii Should be an authentic production and should observe all existing laws and regulations pertaining to copyright and patent issues.

Document – I
Descriptive video on Trincomalee depicting its importance on tourism development. This video should focus on tourism potential including eco-tourism values natural resources, historical and cultural values on Trincomalee, its economic growth and contribution to the national economy thrust areas for investments and activities related to tourism development.
