Strengthening partnerships for sustainable peace in Liberia!

UNDP Liberia recently held a productive engagement with the leadership of the Liberia Peacebuilding Office to explore opportunities for collaboration in advancing peacebuilding efforts across the country.

The discussion highlighted potential areas of cooperation, including the expansion of school peace clubs in high schools and universities, support for peace education curriculum development, promotion of social cohesion and peaceful coexistence between Burkinabè migrants and host communities in southeastern Liberia, and dissemination of findings from the SCORE Wave 4 Report.

Both parties agreed to continue engaging on these priorities as they work together to strengthen peace, inclusion, and social cohesion in Liberia.
