Food and drinks will be sold at discounted price for Manchester United Fans.

The Manchester United Foundation in England has committed an initial £500 GBP to Liberia Manchester United Supporters’ Club to identify with less fortunate children in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to the £500 GBP, the Manchester United Foundation has also pledged to contribute a matching fund up to £500 GBP to augment the funds that will be raised by the Liberia Manchester United Supporters Club, meaning potentially they would be contributing £1,000 GBP (US$1,234.88) to identify with less fortunate children in Liberia.

As a means of generating the matching funds, the leadership of the Manchester Supporters Club in Liberia is soliciting contribution from all Manchester United Supporters in Liberia and sports lover to ably facilitate this initiative. A committee, headed by Abigail Wesseh, Chairperson on Membership, Recruitment, and Welfare, has been constituted to collect the fund and at the same time identify an established Children’s Charity to benefit from this charitable gesture.

The Manchester United Supporters Club- Liberia is a recognized fanbase of Manchester United and it behooves all of our members and supporters to join us in making this a success.

Fellow United:

The Executives of the Manchester United Supporters Club - Liberia Supporters Club wish every member of this chapter as well as all fans of Manchester United in Liberia all the best as we battle this global enemy, Corona Virus Disease ( ).

We want to assure you that we care about you and praying for you and your families as we go through these difficult times.

However, the leadership of the chapter is asking all of you to kindly adhere to government’s directive in ensuring that we all remain safe.

Remember, this too shall pass, and we shall all be seated once more in front of our TV screens to watch out favorite team play once more. Be reminded to wash your hands frequently, stay away from crowded places, wear mask whenever you are in public places, call 4455 when you feel sick.

This is to inform all members of the Manchester United Supporters Club that there will be an emergency general meeting of the organization this Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the Era Supermarket opposite Vamoma house beginning at 5pm.

The gathering seeks to reawaken the spirit of our organization with emphasis on the registration of the organization with our Parent Body. Please be present and on time. Please come with something to purchase drinks.
