The emergence of a Grassroots Movement that seeks to liberate the people of District # 11 Montserrado County, to ensuring that there is total participation in the decision making process that affect our common denominator (District #11). This movement comprised of young people, students, marketers, motorcyclists, teachers, elderly people and the disadvantage youth (ZOGOS). This is where everybody
