I had the great privilege of attending the recently concluded Cyber Security Awareness Conference, hosted by the Liberia Telecommunications Authority at the Sinkor Palace in Monrovia. The three-day event, themed "Secure Our World," was both educative and timely, bringing together ICT specialists from across the country to enhance our collective efforts in safeguarding Liberia's digital infrastructure.
As Acting Commissioner for Consumers and Public Affairs, I want to extend my deepest appreciation to my colleague, Commissioner Angela Cassell Bush, Commissioner for International Gateway Services, for her leadership and coordination in making this important conference a success. The interactive sessions and expert presentations highlighted the critical importance of cybersecurity in protecting our national systems and data, and it was an honor to be part of these valuable discussions.
Together, we are strengthening Liberia’s defenses against the ever-growing cyber threats, and I look forward to continuing this important work for the benefit of our nation.
