Prudential Movement Sharply Responds to Jefferson Koijee – A Human Rights Violator and Political Toddler – Over His Baseless Attack on our leader and arrowhead Madam Rustonly Suacoco Dennis-Marshall.
March 5, 2025: Paynesville, Liberia
The Prudential Movement strongly condemns the reckless and misleading statements made by the Congress for Democratic Change Secretary General Jefferson Koijee former Mayor of Monrovia, in his purported letter to the President of the United States , specifically with regards to the ongoing situation at NOCAL.
Koijee unwarranted attack on Rustonly Suacoco Dennis-Marshall, a respected leader, advocate for justice, accountability, and good governance, is yet another desperate attempt to distract from his own well-documented corruption, human rights abuses, and failed leadership.
“Koijee is a former child soldier, and a Political toddler with a Legacy of Corruption and Violence”.
Jefferson Koijee’s tenure as Mayor of Monrovia was marred by gross mismanagement, embezzlement of state resources, and systematic intimidation of opposition voices; evident of his inclusion on the U.S. Treasury’s sanctions list under Executive Order 13818. 👇👇

According to the U.S treasury department December 8, 2023 released, Koijee was hooked for ;
1. Engaging in financial misconduct and illegally profiting from government contracts.
2. Orchestrating violent crackdowns on peaceful protesters and opposition supporters.
3. Intimidating anti-corruption investigators to prevent accountability.
Given his tainted reputation, that also includes the death of the auditors, and assault on the then U-102 of LNP, Koijee lacks the moral standing to undermine the credibility of Rustonly Dennis or question any government functionality!
Instead of falsely portraying himself as a victim, he should be answering for his crimes against the Liberian people.
Koijee’s attempt to discredit Madam Dennis and this government in his letter to the U.S. President is a failed political maneuver, driven by fear and desperation. The international community is well aware of Koijee’s actions and will not be swayed by his false narratives.
The Prudential Movement remains committed to ensuring that individuals who abused public trust face the full weight of the law. We urge the Liberian government to expedite investigations into Koijee’s corruption and human rights violations.
Additionally, we call on the international community to maintain and enforce sanctions against him and his associates.
Jefferson Koijee’s political career is in ruins because of his own actions, not because of any external forces. His recent outbursts only reaffirm that he remains a political toddler, incapable of taking responsibility for his misdeeds.
The Prudential Movement will not allow his falsehoods to go unchallenged, and we stand firmly in support of Madam Rustonly Dennis-Marshal and all advocates for a just and transparent Liberia.
If you believe in better, believe in God and keep the faith.
