FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Prudential Movement Welcomes Court Ruling, Reaffirms Commitment to Justice and Public Trust
The Prudential Movement acknowledges and welcomes the recent of the Criminal court C decision dismissing the case brought against its leader, Hon. Rustonlyn Suacoco Dennis, on the grounds that the prosecution failed to produce sufficient evidence to proceed to trial.
This ruling marks a significant moment—not only for Madam Dennis, but for the principles of justice, fairness, and due process that underpin our legal system. From the outset, we maintained confidence that the truth would prevail through the proper legal channels, and yesterday’s outcome reinforces that belief.
Throughout this period, members of the Prudential Movement remained steadfast, demonstrating resilience, discipline, and respect for the rule of law. We recognize that this was a challenging time, and we commend our members for their patience and unwavering commitment to justice.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to the general public for allowing the legal process to run its course without prejudice. Your restraint and trust in the judicial system have played a vital role in upholding the integrity of this outcome.
This moment restores hope and strengthens confidence—not only within our movement, but among all who believe in accountability, truth, and the importance of due process. It is a reminder that institutions function best when they are allowed to operate independently and without undue influence.
As we move forward, the Prudential Movement remains committed to promoting integrity, responsible leadership, and constructive engagement in national development. We view this not as an end, but as a renewed beginning—one grounded in truth and guided by purpose.
