At our Community Library, we believe that access to education should come with dignity, support, and care ❤️

Over the past few months, through a partnership with Urban Cashless Carwash (Masianokeng), community members have been donating clothes in exchange for a free car wash. Because of this incredible support, 58 children from our library have received and shared clothing 🙏

This library itself was made possible through the generous contribution of Urban Travel, Shuttles & Tours during their 5-year anniversary — and today, that impact continues to grow.

We are also proud to share that we provide free sanitary towels to school-going children at the library. Any child wearing a school uniform has access, ensuring that no child is held back from learning due to lack of basic necessities.

We kindly ask for continued support from the community:

This week was a proud and inspiring moment for us at Motseki Community Library & Talent Centre.

Two young people from our community, Pitseng Ha Khomoatsana in Leribe District, are currently receiving practical training in sustainable agriculture at Growing Nations near Mohale's Hoek.

The library identified and supported these young leaders to take part in this opportunity because we believe that knowledge and practical skills can change communities.

Earlier this week, we had the opportunity to visit them and see the amazing progress they are making through their agricultural projects. It was inspiring to witness their dedication and the valuable skills they are gaining.

Our vision is that once they complete their training, they will return home and work with other young people through Motseki Community Library & Talent Centre to promote sustainable and commercial agriculture, helping create opportunities and improving livelihoods in our village.

Motseki Community Library is not just a place to read books — it is a space where young people can discover opportunities, develop skills, and become leaders who transform their communities.

We are proud of these young change-makers and excited about the impact they will bring back home.
